Mylee Let’s Face It Wax Kit - 50g Precision Face Wax Beads

I bought this to do little bits of waxing. It’s a great size. Nice and small (I didn’t want a full size wax pot) it heats up quickly and works well. Tried the nose wax and it took a couple of attempts (first timer) but worked fab! Have even recommended it to friends and family! Really impressed

So grateful for the helpful answers that were left by previous buyers for this product.I used for the first time yesterday and it is great. The wax beads are a game changer too as no longer need wax paper straps or fabric.The only negative I have is that the cable is too short so either I have to sit on the floor to heat up wax by a socket or use an extension lead.I would never leave this device unattended either.It's a neat bit of kit. I also like the silicon insert what a joy to clean unlike my bugger wax machines which I have had to replace far too frequently over the years.However have found a new wax, greener cleaner(bought here on Amazon) which is brilliant no nasty smell either.I would love to see a slightly bigger version of this product that includes a protective tray so you can balace the wooden spatula in between applications. Also a bundle that you could buy that had additional wooden sticks and wax beads plus a case to keep everything together in one place. This would make a great gift. Overall love it.

This is a cute and portable little waxing kit, perfect for travel or quick touch-ups. As someone who uses a waxing kit regularly because of my hair growth (PCOS), I find this quite handy. I loved the extras with the kit, including wooden spatulas for application and plastic inserts for the nose areas.The device heats wax beads quickly and evenly without overheating (make sure that you put the lid on when heating). A full bowl is just enough for a facial wax, and the silicone insert makes cleaning up easy, as you can peel out the leftover wax and reuse it later.However, the included wax beads are underwhelming. They didn’t grip hair well (I have very thick hair) and crumbled rather than pulling cleanly, even with a thick application. I ended up using my usual Mylee Wax Beads instead.While it’s great for travel or small areas like the face, it’s not ideal for larger areas (like underarms) since it can’t hold or heat a large amount of wax. You’ll probably have to use and then add more beads if you’re trying to wax a bigger area. Also, the power cable is very short, so you can’t use it while it’s plugged in.Overall, a useful little kit for quick, small-scale waxing, just be prepared to use your own wax beads and be patient if you’re using it on large areas.

Like other comments have said, I found the wax that was included very crumbly and I was very disappointed at first, however once I ordered new Mylee wax and used that, I was amazed at how quick and easy it all was! The pot is small and perfect for the face, and because of its size it melts quickly! Very Pleased.

Very beginner friendly and high quality little gadget!!! Decided to give this a try as I’ve been really struggling with hirsutism. This was far easier to use than the full size wax kit I used before, and far more successful at grabbing the hair than the cold wax strips I’ve usually used. It takes a bit of practice to get the hang of but by the end of my first session using it, I was feeling a lot more confident with it. Another tip is that rather than unplugging it, when you want the wax to cool a bit just remove the silicon insert. Speaking of, the insert was super easy to clean which I loved as the full sized wax kit I had was always so hard to clean. The wax beads were also of a lovely quality and smelled great. It doesn’t feel like they skimped on anything despite the affordable price point. 5/5 stars ✨

I don’t normally write reviews but I love this little waxing pot!I’ve used it twice and had great results both times, some reviews have said the wax isn’t the best quality so I might purchase some separately as I have had issues with it crumbling (this is my first time with hard wax so may be my technique).Highly recommend if you’ve never used hard wax before and just need to wax a small area.

Really disappointed in this product.As soon as i opened it I knew it wasnt going to suit my needs. Everything is tiny. The cable is <30cm. I would need to use an extension lead to get it from the socket to the table. Even sitting on the floor, the cable wasnt long enough.Likewise the sticks are so small, they don't pick up enough wax to go along your eyebrow in one stroke, you need multiple attempts.Then it removes in tiny clumps breaking and tearing rather than coming off in one smooth pull. Tried a bigger stick and managed to get wax applied in one swoop, but it still broke and tore when trying to remove it.Ive tried multiple waxing, sugaring, threading, creams fir hair removal but this is definitely the worst. Don't waste your money.

I liked the small pot – it's a nice size and looks good.But unfortunately, the wax itself doesn’t work. It couldn’t remove any hair at all.It just melted and felt like candle wax, without gripping the hair properly.

Ich schreibe selten Bewertungen. Aber dieses Produkt hat es wirklich verdient. Ich bin absolut begeistert sowohl vom Handling als auch von der Verträglichkeit und dem Ergebnis. Die Menge an Wachsperlen für das Entfernen der Härchen über der Oberlippe ist ruckzuck erwärmt. Das Wachs lässt sich mühelos so temperieren, dass Verbrennungen der Vergangenheit angehören. Eventuelle Wachsreste können problemlos in dem Silikontiegel belassen und beim nächsten Mal (mit)verwendet werden. Trotz meiner sehr empfindlichen Gesichtshaut kam es auch bei wiederholter Anwendung bislang zu keiner Rötung, keinen Pickeln oder sonstigen Unverträglichkeiten. Verwendet habe ich bisher die im Set enthaltenen Wachsperlen. Das Ergebnis ist absolut zufriedenstellend und verlangt bei mir erst wieder nach ca. vier Wochen eine Wiederholung. Also, von meiner Seite eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

Absolutely rubbish. Wax does not go hard, its more like a soft candle wax. Very disappointed
