I have yet to find a product that helps me get deep sleep...this does work! I am not sure if I fall asleep that quickly, but I have never had so much REM sleep. The amount of dreams I have and remember is crazy! Never was like this before. Wow, a small patch, who would guess it could do this!! Good value too for 60 patches.

I don't know how they work but my husband and I both get a great night's sleep with these. Even after I have to get up at night and pee, it seems I can fall right back to sleep. We will keep buying these, they really help us both get a good night's sleep.

Very big fan of this product, I especially enjoy this when I know that I might have a difficult time getting to sleep at night. The adhesive on this patch seem to be an upgrade from some of the other patches from the past. I found myself able to get a more restful sleep without needing to take anything like melatonin. I think it could take a couple of nights to get used to if this is your first time and I would suggest taking a patch cutting it in half and giving yourself pretty much half a dose. I will continue to use these as long as they’re available.

I bought these about a month ago, because I have a lot of trouble sleeping and staying asleep. Sleep aids only work for about four hours. So after four hours, I wake up, use the bathroom, and usually have trouble falling back asleep. My husband and I both work night shift, so that is another factor.These patches work fairly well. I read that they don't stick well, but I can honestly say that so far, I didn't have any issue with the adhesive. They are just the right consistency. They do help you sleep, and even after waking up later to use the bathroom, I can still fall back asleep when I return to bed. I wanted to leave a review to note that, for me personally, I have found that placing the patch on my wrist caused me to wake up with an awful headache, and get slight stomach cramps later in the day. After researching online, I saw these were common side effects of these. So, I now place them on the outer part of my upper arm. Though it takes a little longer to take effect, I now have no side effects. But this was why I only gave it four stars, because the package did nor warn of any possible side effects. Still, I'm happy with them. You get a lot for your money, and they do work. I will be purchasing again. I do recommend them!

I woke up last night ans realized I forgot to try one of these new to me sleep patches…. I wasn’t long and I was sleeping well and all night long! They are not to thick and dont pop off while I sleep ans best of all they are a great little formula…. I wanna make my own 😆 tbh bc I think the patches are or can be pricey esp I if you use 2 and I only used one last night. They are nearly instant when placed on the inside of a pulse point…. I used on left wrist this time….i will continue to buy these 🥰😴💤⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These have been so easy to apply and have already helped improve my sleep habits! easy to remove in the morning. Great product, wonderful sleep.

Sleep PatchesIt didn’t work to help me sleep and could not be returned. A waste of my money. I do not recommend.

This product is very easy to use. The patch stays on all night and I love the smell. I’m definitely getting better sleep but the dreams are crazy.
