Used to replace a broken/rusted clip within my two piece kayak paddle. The new spring clip fit easily into place using a screw driver to push it into the kayak paddle. I will throw a spare clip in my wet bag, just in case it happens again or a fellow paddler needs one. Make sure you measure kayak clip opening and order the correct size.

Fit in pole and worked good. Second pile needed hole enlarged. Unsure if quality control of pole or spring clip. Easy to fix either way.

Worked perfectly for my oars I ordered these 3 separate times due to my Bote paddles being faulty and me thinking I ordered these wrong size, but once I figured out the problem, and fixed it myself, these babies snapped right into place.

So these are basic push button snap clips that look like the same ones that are used in canopies. As Inserted them into my canopy legs, I noticed these clips were extremely small and it didn't work on keeping the legs extended. I have 2 different canopies that I used these for and had the same problem with both of them. They are 1.65 x 1.65 inches/ 4.2 x 4.2 cm, with a button diameter of about 0.24 inches/ 0.6 cm. They are most likely used for very small poles. If you have vert small poles that you need snap clips for, then these may work well for you. If you have a canopy tent that the legs need new snap clips, don't but these. Get something bigger.
