This makes baking a cake too easy! I dont need to grease it or use parchment paper, just little tap and its done. I just started baking and this is amazing, I got the muffins and bundt cake too

My husband is on a grain-free/starch-free diet and needs healthy nut-based breads to provide enough daily calories. The recipes I follow have nut flours, honey, eggs and some oil. They burn more easily and are notorious for sticking and leaving me with messy pans to clean. I ordered this product based on reviews and hoped that it might perform better than my non-stick pans. Wow--Better was an understatement! This pan baked my breads evenly without burning and the bread released without any residue left on the pan (I didn't grease the pan either) . My picture shows the BOTTOM of my Banana bread! My cleanup was a quick scrub/rinse of 10 seconds. I am amazed, and a believer in the claims made, especially when using ingredients that always result in sticking. So happy I found this, I have ordered another style--they are more expensive, but definitely worth the extra cost.

I’ve used it only once so far, too bake off my sourdough discard, and it worked beautifully. I’ve had to literally tear the bake out of my metal pans by hand but in this silicone pan it FELL out on its own. Really wish I’d thought if this sooner. It’s well made and there was very little to clean after using it. One day I’ll give it a try for baking cake, it’ll probably work great for that as well.

Love this series of pans. I don't even have to grease them and my breads come out flawlessly without effort. Quality product. I can't speak to the non-professional series in this line but I know the professional series which I bought has the reinforced edges so that it's not as floppy and I definitely appreciate that feature. Would buy again and again. Would also buy as a gift for someone.

I have only used the pan a couple of times and the cakes came out perfectly. The first time I did use parchment paper and the second time I used a flour and oil cake release mixture just because I was nervous. I probably didn't need to use the paper or the release mixture.

I bought this pan to make a microwave cheesecake. Which I thought was not going to work but it worked really nice cheesecake Came out great ..easy to clean and it’s also good to going into the oven...would recommend this product for sure.

Love this, baked a chocolate cake and it came out perfectly cooked and did not stick to the pan when taking it out. Easy to clean (dishwasher safe), very sturdy. Highly recommended product.
