Rainproof!
Bought at last minute for a trip to Costa Rica in the rainy season, so glad I did, am a size 14 and bought medium and it kept me and my backpack dry on a couple of walks. It performed much better than my husbandâs v expensive â waterproofâ jacket. It folds up nicely into itâs bag and lightweight to carry.

No sleeves
This is a great poncho, but I didn't realise that it just had holes for your arms. All the other ones I've had have covered my arms. Saying that, it covers the body well, hood enormous (wear a peaked cap to keep it off your face), and is waterproof.

Its Water Proof
I have madly sat out for around half an hour in heavy rain in my garden And I mean heavy rain as there was some Big Drops coming down ! And the Poncho worked very well for that time How it would be in a longer time frame I do not know but I thought half an hour was longer enough to test it .And mine was the large one as I bought 2 I hope the Medium size version will just as good .

Useful and compact
Feels like lovely quality and (despite no arms) think it will be very useful (haven't used it yet) for very wet days, for theme parks and festivals. Love the colour!

Disappointing
Bought this a few months ago just in case and finally got to use it yesterday. I admit that the rain was quite heavy but the poncho offered no protection at all and within a short space of time I was soaked through. I would not recommend this product all.

Nice
This is great on me but not on my husband. Sadly it was bought for him, but wasnt great as the arm slits were just not practical as your arms will get wet when outside and he found the hood didn't fit well so we had to return it. I liked it for me though, I'm 5'4 so it was perfect. My husband is 6'2 and he found a size large a bit small and restrictive. Nice poncho though. Looks like Darth Vader đ

Not actually Water Proof
Pros - Compact, lightweight, fine for light rain.Cons - Awkward arm holes at the front, not 100% waterproof.Purchased this 6 months ago so can't remember if the description stated water resistant or waterproof but after an hour's walk in heavy rain I started to feel the wetness getting through. As my walk was only an hour this was manageable but if you were out and about for the day you would be in trouble.Good as a backup.

Size wise great but not as advertised-no elasticated cuffs or any cuffs for that matter, not great for cycling
Size wise this was spot on and I wasn't lost in it but it's got no sleeves or cuffs which was the first thing I looked for before buying,I have had little luck mostly size wise but this is the first that I've had no arms at all, what look like pockets are where your arms come out exposed to the elements so now I'll have to return and keep on looking! If this had sleeves like the regatta pier it'd be a winner but it hasn't :(
