Good stand. We have men over 200 pounds that use these all season long. Great price.

Materials, construction, and almost everything is top notch. Seller service was great. For me the tripod seat design is not acceptable. After complete assembly the seat wobbles around atop the legs - even hitting on the side rails. I wound up having supports welded between the 3 legs to stop movement. OK after that.

Hard to put together parts just thrown in box and chair is junk.

Not too difficult to assemble and very sturdy. The chair is pretty comfy but you may want to add your own cushion instead of using their provided piece of foam.

stand went together quickly. top rail fits a bit loose. need to add a layer to the seat if sitting for a few hours. good value for the cost.
