Works well but dont take too much
Its good for concentration, energy, and memory but dont take too much cause it will make you feel like crap. I only take 1/4 teaspoon twice daily and it helps with my sleep as well

The taste!
I just received this product today, so I cannot comment on how well it works for intended use, But someone should comment on the taste. Imagine feeding your dog a piece of beef jerky, then smell his breath and add a lot of spice. That is what it tastes like. The texture is fine powder. If you can find a way to get past the taste...I have not yet, then there you go.

Terrible taste if put too much. Very clumpy powder as well, not fine at all.

A horrible experience.
This was horrible. I took one teaspoon and within two hours I was throwing up every 15 minutes for several hours. It was painful. I would never want anyone else to go through that.
