Great little guitar but stringing is wierd
Great little guitar. I was amazed at the sound and clarity of it. And the sustain for such a small body is great. My one concern is the stringing mechanism. To secure the strings, they must be slid backward through the bridge, and then looped around it. Because of the location of the humbucker, it is difficult to remove and restring the instrument unless you completely remove the bridge (which is very easily done) and do them all at once. This, however, requires the guitar to go without any tension on the neck, and after my first time doing this, the guitar has been a little buzzy.

this is a great little guitar
for its size, this is a great little guitar. If you travel a lot, like I do, the size makes it easy to take along. Construction is good quality and materials are fine for the price. Everyone that has tried mine out simply says "I gotta get me one of these". The carrying case leaves some to be desired, but I had mine modified, so it is very usable for rushing through the airport with it on my back. I would recommend the same mods to anyone that is doing serious travelling.

Great travel guitar, some set up work required..
Great travel guitar, some set up work required..I have the red version of this guitar. This is a good little guitar, especially for what it is, very portable. It has a nice neck and fretboard, but the hardware is a little on the cheap side. The pickup is high output and it's great for rock, but a little rough for the clean stuff. It's pretty bright, especially for a humbucking guitar, but I suspect it's because there's not a whole lot of body there. As such, it takes a little getting used to in order to play it comfortably, but I play it sitting and standing with a rough leather strap and it works just fine. If you can't play this guitar, maybe this isn't your best hobby. Now, right out of the box it was horribly set up. I spent 20 - 30 minutes adjusting the bridge down and adjusting the truss rod. When I was done, it now plays great. The one thing I changed was the pickup, I swapped it for a Seymour Duncan Invader. That gave it a little more 'oomph', but the stock one is adequate for all kinds of higher gain stuff, I'm just an old metalhead.Overall, it's a good travel guitar as well as just a decent guitar, but be prepared to do a full setup. The bag is good and it should travel as well as the Ministar it's replacing. To other reviewers, if you're unhappy with the seller, rating the instrument a "1" is not the way to express that. This is listed under numerous sellers, rate the instrument here, the seller on THEIR feedback page.

Tuners are garbage, but the guitar is great size for office playing...
I have a home office with no space, This guitar fits the bill. The only problem is the tuners are horrible .
