I thought it was cool to have one in my car, but I realized I don't really need it there. Bringing it back inside to refill was getting old. It worked great the few times I used it, though!

I wouldn't call this an essential oil diffuser, as I have previously owned a few. This is actually a very small, portable humidifier where you can add a few drops of essential oil to the water container to enhance the vapor steam. The unit is small enough to fit a car cup holder. It is completely comprised of plastic. One accidental drop to a hard surface floor and a significant amount of damage will occur to the unit. It is relatively easy to use, although a decent manual is included. It is also a rechargable unit. Overall the unit works, however I really don't see a need for it. If you're looking for an authentic oil diffuser, look elsewhere.

I really like the fact that this humidifier is compatible with essential oil. Because of this, I don't have to worry about calcium build up at the spout and clogs the water from spewing out (as this has happened to my other portable humidifiers).However, the two issues that bumped this down to 3 stars for me is that it only works when plugged in. I was under the impression that because it is "portable", you can take it anywhere once it is charged. Additionally, it seems to only be working/charging when is using the wire provided, even though it is USB cable, which makes it difficult for me as I tend to misplace wires.

the diffuser works great and for a long time. I tried on both my car and my home and I have to say it works great.

This diffuser is great for long lasting scent. I did end up spilling it a little because the top doesn't twist on and there is a risk of it popping off if using it while driving.The photos and description were a little misleading, but part of that was not me looking very closely. All the photos show no cord and there is only one tiny photo showing no built in battery so not really great for car use which is why I got it, but for in home use it would be fine.

This is a great diffuser, but I’ve had issue where it has leaked when sitting in my car. I place this in the cup holder and sometimes after I’m done driving, it will leak a little and water will be splashed over on the cup holder. But this is a cool design and I enjoy it. It’s nice adding essential oils and having my car smell delightful.

For years I’ve grabbed those tree car-fresheners in an attempt to keep my vehicle smelling great. I thought this essential oil diffuser would replace those trees and allow me to keep the car smelling good at a fraction of the cost.While this diffuser does mist essential oil out the top, the volume is so small that it simply does not permeate the car. Even after adding more than the recommended number of drops of essential oil, you really only catch the aroma if the mist is getting sprayed directly into your nostrils—not idealThe other problem is functionality: first, the diffuser needs to be hardwired for power at all times – it does not have a battery option so you have to plug it directly into a USB port or a car adapter for your cigarette lighter, which you may not have available if you are using those for charging your cell phone or other accessories.Second, you have to manually turn on the diffuser every time you start the car since most cars cigarette lighters do not stay on at all times—only when the car is running. This is a bit cumbersome and turned out to not worth the effort for me.Between the inability to effectively improve the scent of my car overall and the cumbersome nature of manually operating the device I quickly removed it from my car and chucked it aside. Would not recommend.
