I tried an extra-large first because I have bat wings. Way to big so returned for the large. I had bicep & shoulder surgery so needed a support. This one did the trick and the price was reasonable. Anyone having bicep pain might give this a try. It helped me.

Fits good and comfortable helps very well

This is what I needed to relieve the pain on my shoulder.

I've been fighting an injury at the top of my bicep, almost to the armpit and hoped this would help. But since I need to wear it high on my arm, the straps make it feel stiff and uncomfortable. In less than 5 minutes of wear, it has left a red mark at the top of my arm from the top strap and buckle. I like the inner sleeve, which is designed to protect the arm from the straps. Perhaps I have short arms? (Distance from my armpit to the inner elbow is about 8.5".) Each of the 3 straps is about 1-3/8"W. So, 4-1/8" of the 6" are straps with velcro, outside trim on each side of the straps, and two buckles--each 2-1/4"W. It doesn't leave a lot of room for pliable surfaces. The materials and workmanship are top notch. If this were needed in a different part of my body, I would probably like it more. But no matter how I rotate it, it not only doesn't bring relief, it causes discomfort.

The Large fit well, I'm 175 pounds with normal biceps (not muscular). Easy to put on & adjust.

I am getting some pain relief with this strap. It's comfortable enough to wear while exercising so I've rated this strap well. The 3 adjustment bands help it to stay in place. Easy to get the tension right for comfort and support.It is mostly what I had hoped for. But I'm looking for another strap that also supports the rotator cuff.

This arm brace is well-designed, providing excellent compression support. The material is comfortable, and wearing it doesn't feel restrictive. Its compression effect is great, effectively stabilizing the upper arm. This arm brace excels in both comfort and support.

I did too much yard work two days in a row. My right bicep was aching for two days. I put the brace on and I liked the pressure, kind of like blood pressure apparatus. Made me feel like I could finish the yard work so i did. I felt confident I was going to strain myself and I didn't. The next day I felt better. Next time I do any liftings or pulling I will be wearing this brace.
