The quality of the product is very good. Soft cushioning, good quality fabric and very comfortable.

Defective item and return pick-up manipulation.
The recliner never reclined. The motor was damaged, and I got electrocuted when I tried to see if there was a bad connection underneath. I received a defective product and when I reported it they initiated a pick-up for return but no one showed up, I reached out to customer care 6 times in 30 days for the pick-up but nothing happened. Now they say that I cannot return or replace the item. Frauds.

Nice quality recliner
Liked:- Easy to self assemble. No need to call 3rd party agency.- The recliner is cosy and comfortable. It has great lumber support.- The automatic reclining mechanism works well.Can be improved:- The seat is narrow in width and suitable for average size individual. I have 38 waist and just enough to fit in. Oversized buns will not fit- The chair is light on legs and it moves easily with little force.- The seat position is bit high from ground so that an avg person's (with height of 5'3") feet won't rest/touch floor in upright sitting position.

Quality of this recliner is good, most comfortable. I was looking for rocker and recliner, since we have a new born baby. We have been using for a month now. Server’s its purpose. Satisfied with the product.The wire is bit short need to use an extender.
