Our 2 cats love to jump on the counter and drink out of the sink, or topple over cups of water and drink off the counter. We found a circulating fountain nearly eliminated those maddening annoyances. We spent less money on a cheaper fountain than this and it was super noisy and gross to clean and stopped working after only 2 years. We also had to have it close to an outlet which made for some inconveniences. I decided to splurge a bit and get this fountain, even though it really isn't too costly. The design of this thing is FAR superior to the fountain we had before. The mechanism for the water movement is in a place where pet hair is far less likely to clog it up. It is buried in water like in a fish tank, and so it is super quiet. I can't even hear it. The water stays quite clean because most of the water is covered up, yet you're able to tell what the water level is. Our cats love it, it's nice to look at, and my favorite part is that I don't have to have it near an outlet. It comes with a cord that plugs into a USB type outlet. So I am able to put it on top of a little cabinet next the cats food. I plugged it into a power bank, pulled the cord around the back of it and tucked it in the upper drawer (pictured, cord coming around the right side). I just have to charge it once a week.

Great water fountain for the cats (and dogs!) All of my animals use this water fountain and enjoy it. I would like a larger capacity since my dogs are big (50 and 100 lbs), but overall I bought this for the cats and it works exactly as I hoped.

I gave it a 1 on 3/30. Water fountain works. Cant connect it to my phoneUpdated to give it a 3 on 4/1. So far...water fountain works and both cats use it. Right now it's 3 stars because of the hoops i.had to go thru to connect it to my phone. Uses 2.4 so I had to split my modem signal which took two days to figure out. Got everything set up on my phone and when I went to set up husband's phone it removed the info from mine...booGot my phone set up with both collars AGAIN and now waiting to see how the monitoring part works out. Fingers crossed.Back to a 1 later on 4/1. Go into app to check to see what it all looks like when its set up and app is asking me to set up my first device. I.do it all over again and app asks me to set up my first device again. I'm doneAnd another update on 4/1. After a little time, basically I walked away to save my sanity, app recognizes the device. Woo hoo! But...screen asks if I want to add a collar and I've already added them...here we go again. I decide to give it time. Screen says same thing and I decide ok, I'll re-add the collars then that's it, so when I select to add a collar they both pop up on the next screen. Huh? Evidently there was one more step to do.So far I am getting readings for both cats and all is right with the world so I'll go back to a 3 rating but cannot go higher due to the cluster it took to get the technology part set up. Need clearer and complete instructions. It did specify 2.4 so I knew I'd have that obstacle but it was far from smooth sailing after that....and one 5/4 I'm rating it a 1 again during to scrappy customer service. One of the tags only works sometimes. Removed and re-added tag. Watch cat drink, no record of it. Other times it registers. Tag is obviously paired or it wouldn't register any visits. Other tag ok. Emailed them 4/29, just want a replacement tag. They want me to remove and re-add it again...all while taking a video. It's paired, it records SOMETIMES. Now they have not responded to me in 4 days...

The water fountain is perfect for cats that need to have fresh running water. It’s easy to assemble, it’s quiet, it’s easy to clean. You can dump the water out and rinse the fountain itself. There is a chance that the motor can burn out, it hasn’t happened to me but due to my job as a cat sitter, I’ve seen this happen to some of my clients. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the fountain tends to leak while in use. I’ve had this problem in the past with other water fountains, and it could be just me, but that’s my only issue with it.

Shipped quickly and packaged very well. Comes with great instructions however the app walks you through everything. Quick install and super easy to setup. Love the tracking for water intake, frequency, and duration. The magnetic "pumpless" pump is so much nicer than traditional pumps that can get clogged up and stop working. Very quiet and all 3 cats seem to really enjoy it. App allow you to easily adjust notification settings, pet profiles, cleaning cycles, filter replacement, etc. The real-time notifications sent to your smartphone about irregular pet hydration, low water, power or Wi-Fi failure, and when the filter needs replacing are truly real-time. Within 30 second of my pet leaving the fountain the notification will appear. The larger tank capacity has been great and lasts 4-5 days with 3 cats. The only dislike would be regarding the collars and RFID tags. The collars seem to come off a little too easily and I have had the cats actually pull the tag completely off the collar while wrestling. The tag itself is a little large and bulky and clanks off the side of the fountain and food dishes, which my cats don't particularly appreciate. I ended up ordering collars from a 3rd party that work better for us.

This water fountain is nice but I have had some trouble with it. I can't seem to get the weight calibration right on it. Customer Services says that I only need to do it once but I have never been able to do it once. The fountain doesn't run all the time which for some might sound great but for me, sometimes the fountain is full and my cats are unable to drink from it. I house sit so I'm not home every night and I am often worried if they are getting enough water. I also hate that I have to pay to see how often my cats are drinking from it. When you first get the bowl I guess you get a 30 day trial but the price they want is outrageous for tracking water intake. If I would have known this I would have stuck with my old bowl. It holds water and is awesome when it works but so far I'm not sold on it.

I bought this cat water fountain about 8 months ago along with a different brand/style. After using both, there are some things I really like about this one. The design makes it easy to assemble and disassemble the fountain. It’s easy to clean every surface with the provided brush. The pump has a minimum number of pieces to disassemble/clean and the fountain base has an indention for the pump placement. This indention makes it extremely easy to realign the parts for reassembly after cleaning. Other brands/models don’t have this feature and I can’t tell you how much time it saves. The tube from the pump to the upper bowl is also well-designed. It’s sturdy and makes realignment easy. The stainless steel bowl really does cut down on debris/gunk in the drinking water and the large filter covers almost the entire unit. There are only a few things I would change: I would make the overall unit a bit bigger. I also wish the base was more transparent so you could more easily see the water level. And while all the parts are easy to clean, I wish it was easier to remove the pump from the base. There is a channel that the dry side of the pump cord runs through. To separate the pump from the base, you have to run the entire cord through the channel. Other units have a notched base and the dry part of the cord remains free. Asthetically the cord looks better in the channel, but I prefer a quicker cleaning process. Overall, this is a great fountain and my two cats love and use it.

While this does work technically, and was helpful on my recent trip away for 3 days. It seems to be leaking water. I'm not sure how or where. But after a little while I noticed a puddle forming. I don't think my cat is causing it to spill. And Its not from when I put it down after filling. This could be used error and I could be doing something wrong. The only thing I could think was I did not install the little blue rubber stopper that the wire goes down correctly. But I don't think this is the issue as I tested over filling to that point and did not see any water coming out of the wire channel. Any help would be appreciated. In the mean time I am putting rubber bar mats under this because I have a hardwood floor.UPDATE:Reading another review that showed a video of the device running without the spout ( how I had mine running) and it seems that it occasionally spurts water over the edge. This seems likely. I will try it with the spout added and increase to 3 stars maybe if this works. But really they should not tell you that it works without the spout if it can cause water to spill.

Se met facilement en fonctionnement.Très peu de bruit, c'est normal, il faut bien que la fontaine coule ! Très peu sonore.On entend pas le moteur, juste l'eau qui tombe et il faut vraiment faire le calme et être attentif pour l'entendre.

If you install the app and have your cats collared it can attribute how much water was consumed to the at the fountain at the time and track your cats water intake. The base runs off a USB cord, comes with wall wart. The tank/pump is driven wirelessly so you can just pick it up to refil/clean/W.H.Y.For tracking you have to put an RFID tag on your cats collar (2 RFID tags and collars included), it cannot use your pets implanted RFID tag for incase it gets lost. The RFID tag is the same type used with their RFID feeder, so you only need 1 tag for each cat.It comes with a couple extra filters for the drain on the top to keep cat hair and whatnot out of the tank. Easy to pop out and clean by hand. The App bothers you every 2 weeks to clean the tank and replace the filter.So far it seems worth it to keep the app even with the every 2 week notice.

Ich habe den Trinkbrunnen nun seit 14 Tagen. Beide Katzen nutzen ihn ausgiebig zum Trinken. Die eine Katze mehr, da sie sehr wasseraffin ist. Ich nutze gutes Mineralwasser, was wir selbst auch trinken. Der Trinkbrunnen ist extrem leise, nur wenn man genau hinhört, vernimmt man ein leises Plätschern. Das stört aber überhaupt nicht. Betrieben wird er durch eine große Powerbank, da Stromanschluss für uns noch zu ungewiss ist. Die Katzen sind noch zu verspielt.Den Kauf bereue ich bisher nicht. Zum Reinigen des Brunnens kann ich noch nichts sagen.

We have been using this fountain for a year now, and I cannot recommend it enough. After 8 months we noticed that the pressure was getting weaker and we tried in every way possible to clean the pump without success.. but just today I realised it is possible to disassemble the pump!!!!! Made me so happy to find this out, because I was about to give up on this fountain. I cleant all dirt in every corner, and guess what, the pump pressure is as strong as when we just got it!!! I'm pumped (pun intended) :D anyway, don't give up on this fountain, just make sure to clean it properly you'll be fine :) little trick: I use cotton buds where its tricky to reach. Have fun!
