Very nice board with excellent customer service.
This package was purchased for my 11 year old daughter's first snowboard. The board and bindings are really good quality for the price. I didn't want to spend too much for a board that she will soon grow out of. The board itself has awesome graphics and is lightweight. Perfect for a beginner. The bindings that came with the package are also a good quality. What's nice is that the toe strap does have 2 adjustment points to accommodate different size boots but unfortunately the only issue we have is that my daughter has little feet and so the bindings were a bit big even when adjusting to the smaller size. When I emailed them asking if they had smaller sizes, I received a very quick response from David and while they did not have a smaller size, he did say I could return the bindings for a refund so that I could buy the right size. I was very grateful because my daughter really liked the board and he could have just as easily said that because it was a packaged deal, I was stuck with what I got. This showed me that he was serious about making sure we were satisfied with our purchase. I decided on keeping the bindings and making them work for what's left of the season and maybe by next year, my daughter will grow into them.

Where's the bindings?
This order was supposed to be a board & bindings package -the slip enclosed even says "Summit Snowboard & Binding Package". This is a Christmas gift - I shouldn't have to track down the bindings and wonder if I'll get them on time. Very disappointed.

Awesome setup and price
Great board setup! It was my first season ever snowboarding, I got an Ikon pass, so I was snowboarding all over the whole season. Started off as a beginner and by the end of the season I was riding blacks going almost 45mph. Also did some time in terrain parks. This board took me through the entire season without any issues, highly recommend.

Great value, great quality!
Perfect for a beginner to mid level snowboarder. Concidering I might go 1-2 times a year, i didn't want to splurge on something I'll barely use. The value is perfect for my usage.
