For me it is average
Quality of this product is quite good but it is not comfortable. I'm talking about the strap which is uncomfortable to wear it.

The weight, size quality of the ball and the strap is good. I was apprehensive at first and was considering other costlier options like Decathlon, but i do not regret my decision to buy this product.It's a fun product for me and doesn't seem too difficult to manage with a little practice. As for improving reflexes and all, i may not be the right person to comment, but i can assure that for those who like to try new things may find it very interestingly engaging.

There's a metal part on the bottom of the ball where the string is attached, which hits the knuckles when playing with this. The elastic doesn't seem strong too. Make your own reflex ball at home with tennis ball or that soft smiley sponge ball.

The product is good but at the start I didn’t know where to tie the ball at so here is a guide . It will take some time to get used to but the quality is good touchwood.
