Initially this product was very good, but it hasn't lasted as long as I would have liked.The grinder on one side no longer works, which is disappointing. I paid £13 for this but so far, I haven't managed to find a way to request a replacement or refund.

I had high expectations that this brand with all its hype would offer a good reliable product for a busy amateur chef but this product falls far short and does not grind either salt or pepper to the standard expected - this will be returned and will not buy another Cole and Mason product again as this one example of their product is not fit for purpose.

This product worked well for about three days then the pepper mill started not to grind the peppercorns very successfully. Within a week the salt also stopped coming out with any real force. A very poor quality utensil which is poor value for money and certainly not worth purchasing.

Can adjust coarseness. No bits of salt or pepper leak out on the table, no build up of pepper or salt wedged in the mill as it’s closed up. We’ve struggled with air exposed salt and pepper mills in the past. This is great. The colours just so happen to match our kitchen too.

Great product. The only thing that annoys me is that if you have the salt end sitting on a surface; it leaves salt everywhere. We have rock salt in ours so that's a bit annoying! Otherwise great.

Easy to use, sturdy and seems well made. Had a cheaper version which I loved until it broke, glad to have upgraded.

I would expect nothing but quality and practicality from Cole & Mason and that's exactly what you get with this item.No more reaching across the table for two grinders when it's all neatly bundled up into one.
