I got this for some feral cats who have taken up residence in my yard. I live in a cold climate so I wanted them to have sheltered for the winter and this product is pretty perfect for that and is reasonably priced. It shipped fast and easy to assemble. The product I received was missing a piece and I contacted the manufacturer directly to send the part. They responded quickly and kept me updated on shipping. Finally able to get it staked down last night and the cats seem happy with it. It's discreet, which is nice. It has an emergency exit that is sealed with magnets that seems well designed to not let in cold air. 100% recommend

I love the fact that the cat is using it. Especially, since it’s been hitting freezing temperatures at night. The only thing I wished could be different was to be able to open from the top for easy access to clean etc. One more thing to take note is the actual material is different than what’s pictured of product. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase and will consider buying a few more for the other strays that hang around my yard.

This is the second one I've ordered and am pleased with a couple improvements that were made. There's an escape hatch in back and the front entrance props open with vector. I did cut off the plastic part of the flap that hung down because I'm not sure a stray cat would go into an unknown enclosure that doesn't appear to be open. I don't know if they would push through the flap but it was easy to cut off. My only concern is that if you choose not to plug it in that the cloth cover over the heating pad could be dangerous if a cat in freezing weather that might have wet fur or even urinated inside could have it's wet fur freeze to the fabric which would be bad when they try to get out. I'm hoping when it's plugged in it's warm enough to prevent that. The one I had outside I don't think was ever used so I brought it inside and one of my cats loved hiding in it.

This product is great, however it doesn’t open. How do you put the mat and separator in if the house doesn’t open. The top does not access the house. It is sew together. I’m actually confused.***Update- super bummed, we had our first temperature drop last night. I turned on my heating pad for my kitty outside and pad didn’t heat up. I tried it again this morning inside and once again it’s totally cold. I had to order a new pad for $22 dollars from Amazon. It kind of defeats the purpose of a “heated cat house” it’s too expensive for it being unheated. I also own the “New Age Pet Ecoflex Albany” wooden cat house from Amazon for $85 dollars. I HIGHLY recommend. I purchased a heating pad from Amazon and it works perfectly. It also costs less than the clawsable and it’s 10x more sturdy

I bought this for a few outside feral cats in my neighbor hood. While it does not snow here the temperatures get very cold at night and can be rainy. It works beautifully and the cats have somewhere warm and safe to sleep. It was very easy to put together, took only 15 mins. Highly reccommend.

I love having this cat house on my porch. It was easy to assemble and it makes a nice little secure place for the neighborhood cats when it’s raining a it will also come in handy when it gets cold outside. I can’t say I’ve seen any of the cats use it yet, but it’s still been really hot here in the South. I’m sure the cats or maybe even the neighborhood possums will use the house in the winter.

This is exactly what I needed for my outside cat. It is strongly built with thick insulation in the outer shell. Inside, it has material that will help use the cat's body temperature to keep the house warm. There is minimal work in putting it together, and the velcro used in sections of the house is STRONG and will not come loose. The house comes with feet so it can sit up off of the ground, or you can remove the bottom portion and have it sit flat on a surface. The door can be held open by velcro, the flap can be down so the cat can come and go, or it can be zipped closed to keep the warmth inside. It has a side area where you can attach a heater unit, or you can just add bedding to it when it is cold. The only thing I didn't like is the little "pillow" that comes with it. It seems like a bit of a cheap add-on for such a well built and comfortable cat house.

This cat house is really nice. It’s lined with the same type of stuff that’s used for cooler bags or emergency blankets. It should really contain their body heat in the house with this lining. It comes with a soft piece of fabric for a bed. The legs are easily popped in and don’t fall out. This specific model does NOT come with the electric heater, but still has a hole for the cord, which is annoying to me. Also the bed has a zipper for the electric heater but doesn’t need it. Otherwise this is a nice house for our outdoor cats especially in the colder months.
