Ryobi - 18 V One+ 11 Bar Wireless Compressor - Tyre and Ball Inflation - Comes with 3 Tips (without Battery) - RPI18

This is a delightful tool. It's easy to use and pumps up tires quickly. I topped up eight automobile tires and used less than 25% of a 2 AH Ryobi battery. It has valve adapters stored on board under the battery. It's quieter than the 12V auto battery powered units, and faster too. You set the pressure and it stops at that pressure automatically. I have a separate tire pressure gauge to check for accuracy, and I haven't checked out the accuracy yet. As long as there is a consistent stable relationship between the tire gauge and the tire pump I will not worry about an offset between the two devices. I will report back if I have any concerns. Why do I call it delightful? It's fun to use and works very well.

If you have Ryobi tools and batteries already, you will find this an inexpensive and easy addition to your collection. I have a compressor and air tank to check car, truck and trailer tires before our RV trailer trips. That long process has become exhausting because of the size and weight of the "portable" compressor. With the battery attached you can hold this device in the palm of your hand. You can take it along with you. If you need a precise pressure use a separate tire gauge for fine tuning. Easy to use, very little noise, you preset target pressure and auto shut off.

A great tool to leave in a vehicle for emergencies or regular maintenance. It tops off vehicle tires relatively quickly and easily without the hassle of untangling a long cord. Having the three extra tips on hand also makes it incredibly convenient for pumping up basketballs or soccer balls on the go. Since it belongs to the standard battery lineup, it is a no-brainer addition if you already have the extra batteries at home.

Love this little compressor. It is very powerful for such a little pump. In the past I used a little corded air compressor to add air to my car tires, but hated wrestling with the cord to drag it around the sides of my car to reach each tire. The cord would get stuck by the tires and it was really inconvenient, especially in the winter time when the air pressure in your tires naturally decrease due to the cold air and you need to add air to your tires. Plus, because this little guy is cordless, you can keep it in your car and take it with you incase you need to add air on the go. I also like it because we have other Ryobi products, and the batteries are interchangeable, so we didn’t have to buy a new charger or batteries. Love the thing. Makes a great present too!

I bought this to keep in the truck and make sure the tires on my mower stay pumped evenly. It is super convenient and functional, and I appreciate the quick attachment feature on the air hose for the hard to reach valve stems on the front castor wheels. Also, for what I use it for, it doesn’t use a whole lot of battery juice, and lasts a while. The “set it and forget it” feature is great for making sure the pressure matches on all the tires. Not having to plug it in is very convenient and allows me to inflate the tires no matter where my mower is. I haven’t tried it on auto tires yet, so I can’t honestly review that aspect, but I’m sure it will work.

This thing is a no-brainer if you have other Ryobi 18V One+ tools. We've used it for car tires, bicycles, balls, pool inflatables, etc. It does get alarmingly warm if you have to put more than about 5 psi in a car tire; I'd consider this a light-duty household tool. It's not a substitute for a proper compressor for large jobs or running air tools. It's not exactly quiet, but it is significantly quiet*er* than a full size compressor. The accessories are also light duty. I'm a cyclist, and the included plastic presta valve adapter failed after the third or fourth time I used it to refill my road bike tires. I bought some aftermarket brass adapters and have been using them ever since. The air fill valve is permanently attached to the compressor, and includes internal plastic pieces that have me concerned about long-term durability, given that there's no option for repair or replacement, but I've been using this for about a year and so far it's held up. 4/5 stars because there's definitely areas the quality/durability could be better, but it's very useful for its intended purpose.

Love this! I go off roading on the beach with my vehicle and it's important to deflate tires so you don't get stuck. Having this for rapid re-inflation is invaluable. Use on my bikes too. Easy and accurate preset for inflation pressures. Highly recommend this powerful little pump!

Perfect - it topped a tyre up from 1.9 to 2.5 Bar in quickly, it was easy to use and shut itself off once the desired pressure was reached. It’s quieter than the two previous other brands I’ve had. It’s fairly small, so it won’t take up a lot of room in your boot. Given the quality, size and ease of use, I’d say this was value for money. I don’t know how much you can trust the accuracy but this is enough to get you out of trouble if you’ve lost air to a slow puncture of valve leak. Next time I’m doing all the tyres at a garage, I’ll compare it and feedback. I’ve got to say I’m pleased with it - another Ryobi win!
