Great sugar!
Really useful sugar to have for cooking Chinese sweets and is much gentler than caster sugar. Love it!

Very large 'rocks'
I expected much smaller rocks. They are so large the packet contains only 4 of them. Had to use a hammer to smash them up into smaller usable pieces. Lovely taste though!
