I've been impressed with the fit and the softness of the fabric. I have dry eyes and the heat is wonderful and the heat is right on my eyes, not like my last one where the heat was more on my brows. It is so relaxing and I look forward to having it on when I go to bed. It has also helped my dry eyes a lot. I like the fact that it is washable, where my last one was not even though it said it was. In some of the reviews people say that they have to charge too often but it depends on how many minutes you use each night. I use about 60 to 90 minutes every night and I charge it every 3 days. The battery is small and I don't know what they expect. It takes very little time to charge and I have not had any problem with that. I have told my friends about this and would recommend to anyone. I love it.

There is nothing that I didn't like.My doctors says that I have dry eyes, which is very uncomfortable. When I charge my new eye mask and put it on I find that I add comfort to my daily life. The warmth is fabulous. I can set the time and just relax. Even if it does nothing for dry eyes, I'll use it. It's a great product. It's easy to keep clean. It works great. This soothing eye mask relieves dry eye and helps me fall asleep faster. My ophthalmologist said that my dry eye was caused by clogged oil ducts and I needed to apply heat for 30 minutes a day. I got tired of heating up washcloths and I wanted a cordless mask. I love that I can adjust the heat level and timer. I set it to 30 minutes each night and I am usually asleep before it powers off. Before the mask it would take me about an hour to fall asleep. If I wake up during the night I set it for another 30 and that usually helps me go back to sleep. I routinely charge it every morning.This satin mask is comfortable across my eyes and has additional cushioning around the nose, which also helps to keep it in place. The adjustable elastic band does not get caught in my hair. I have a small face with big eyes and a small nose and this fits comfortably. I had to return a different mask that was too big and covered my nose. I do want to mention that the display stays on while in use so if you share a bed, do take that into consideration.

I like this eye mask because it is very comfortable and retains heat and is easy to use especially since this is my first time. I overall recommend this eye mask. Also works great for kids.

For the most part I really like this eye mask. I have tried to use it as much as possible, even though I have difficulty with something on my eyes especially when trying to sleep. I would say that the elastic over my ears does bother me but that is something I have had problems with all the other eye masks I have tried. But, I do like that it covers my eyes well, and the warmth feels good as well. So all in all, I use this eye mask about once/week, when I had hoped to use it every day or at night. I am working up to it. Again, I think that this eye mask is the best out of about 50 that I have tried in the past. . So thank you for making this and I will work up to using it every day.
