I like making lemon drops to freeze for warm tonic each morning to start my day. Taste in my tonic is great. The drops need ginger and lemon juice. When I don't have fresh ginger then I use this ginger to make them. I haven't cooked with it yet but sure it would be good in recipes. Does say to use in a month once opened. I always use before the month is over so no waste. Thank you for a good product.

I used to buy some brand of this in the grocery stores but they told me it's been discontinued. I decided to give this brand a try since dried dill just doesn't do it for me and as often as I use dill in my recipes it just isn't economical to buy the tiny clamshells of fresh. Really happy with this product. Decent size tube, fits well in the door of my fridge, flavor is excellent and the price is comparable to what I used to pay the the grocery store.

This product is very oily, tastes bad and is nothing like the fresher option that you can purchase at the grocery store instead. It tastes and smells really BAD and is NOT worth saving the extra dollar or two that you would otherwise spend on a much better quality product at the store. Two thumbs down. Sorry.
