My daughter wanted a pink pirate birthday and I always get an outfit to go with her birthday theme. This was well made, fit true to size and held up through 2 full days of play and running around. I've washed it twice and it's still intact. She said it was comfy and never complained about it being scratchy.

This dress is super cute! The lace up bodice is my absolute favorite part of this dress.As a couple of other reviewers have said, the material is a little scratchy. If you're just using it as a costume for an event, that probably won't be a big deal at all. But, my little LOVES to play dress up and is using it often and sitting and watching movies in it, so a shirt underneath is a great idea.The accessories that come with this set are totally great. There is everything included that you would possibly want.Would absolutely order again!

This G. C pirate costume for girls is one of the most adorable outfits I have seen yet. It comes with a pirate princess dress that is feminine yet with that bucaneer-ish as well. The material is fairly soft and includes several layers and a nice amount of bling, ruffles and ribbons for a princess look too. The matching pirate hat and arm sleeves are equally cute and the telescope, and eyepatch round off the costume nicely. The set also includes a treasure map of sorts, a drawstring purse, 6 pieces of silver, and a compass. Very cute!
