Light therapy is super popular. Both my plastic surgeon and my dermatologist recommended light therapy to me for some scars that I have and other concerns- dark spots, fine lines, aging, lymphatic drainage. I usually use it at night after showering and applying all my serums. You do not need to push it hard into your face- you always want to avoid tugging at your delicate skin- it’ll just glide with gentle pressure to active the massage features. The Clean Mode clears your pores. The EMS mode helps your skincare products absorb so I usually start that setting. Don’t forget your neck! This is a very nice quality light. It’s superior because it has multiple lights and phases. The heat gets warm but not too hot. Light weight. The shape of the light is very nice too so if you have body scars you want to treat with red light also, it’s very easy to reach and manipulate. Also! This is a Smart Device- it will automatically time out and beep at you after a cycle so you do not over work your skin which I really appreciate., as I tend to not pay attention to time. Then you go to the next cycle (2-3 cycles) . My skin looks amazing.

The handheld size is very easy to hold. Love that it’s rechargeable. Multiple settings so you can do what you want. The directions are clear and it’s super easy to use.

I have been thinking about getting a light therapy tool at home since having it done at the salon a while back and this seems to be a great tool. You can add your own serum to your face as well which is nice. The hear and light are exactly what they should be along with the massagers I am using it to prevent long term aging issues and I think it will do just the trick!

I've been using it for two weeks now. I use it along with my favorite face cream. I have noticed my neck and chin skin glowing. Great product!
