A+++++It took awhile to get delivered but that was already expected. Eve sure shocked me and was worth the wait. I followed directions that came with the packet to wake her up. I'm on month 3 now and baking awesome sourdough breads and other baked goods from the discard. Love the ease of product.

This was the best find. I got on the sourdough game late and came across this dried starter. Not only are the directions super easy to follow, but they gave you directions for beyond the starter- which is the step I was most worried about. My starter is thriving!

Eve is AMAZING! I followed the instructions and every step of the way the starter was exactly as described. My starter is so happy that today, day 8, I am making my 3rd loaf of bread. This was an excellent purchase ! The process of creating a starter on my own seemed overwhelming! Using a dehydrated starter like “ Eve” simplified the process . The creator of this really makes it easy because she gives very specific easy ,to understand ,directions for the first 7 days and then what you do for maintenance . My starter “Eva” is strong and healthy ! I’d highly recommend this !

After three failures in a row, this finally worked for me! Instructions are easy to follow, very beginner friendly. I'm on day 4 and moving along beautifully. I'll finally be baking bread soon!

I don't know if this was a bad batch or what but it did not work for me. Which is very frustrating because I follow each step and made sure that I did each feed on time. After posting on social media tons of ppl advised me that they had the same issue with this starter! I should have know something was wrong because that packet I received did not loom fresh like the images shown here. I was hopeful that maybe it would still work. I wasted my time, money and flour.
