No, they are part of the Rainbow High doll collection, but they are both made by MGA company and some of the clothes may be interchangeable, although the bodies and heads do have significant differences. The shoes will NOT fit each other, as LOL fashion dolls have very petite feet. These are fun toys, but I would recommend you examine what you get very carefully, as the quality control on Rainbow High can be very poor. Be sure to check the lipstick paint, the baby hair paint, the eyeliner paint, the nail polish paint, and eyeball position to be sure you have a symmetrical, pretty doll with no factory flaws. Best of luck, sometimes it is a hunt to find a doll without flaws.
