This sofa is soft and comfortable, the size is good, not too big. Also easy to put up together.

The packaging flattened all the cushions, making the chair horribly uncomfortable. When you recline, there's a huge gap between the seat cushion and the back. I've been reclined for about 20 minutes and my back is killing me! Total waste of money and the 2 hours of labor putting it together. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

This chair is in my living room. It is sturdy, well padded and attractive. The massage feature is great.It was not easy to assemble.

The package was difficult to take apart. Once put together, it was awesome!
