Haven’t really felt any changes in my mood but I’m still on my first week

I bought this because I needed something for stress relief and was looking for the particular form of magnesium that is in this product. Researched all of the ingredients listed and liked what I saw, especially lion’s mane. So far it has helped me feel calmer while yet making me feel more focused and alert. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now and will purchase it again.

A lot of vitamin and supplement products on the market right now have extravagant claims and no verification for what they actually contain, so it's nice to see one that provides not only an image of their third party lab test results, but even shows which company did the testing. These capsules are "formulated in the USA" (as in, a company in the US determined the ingredients to put in the mix), but filled in India. However, the manufacturer in India is a certified Good Manufacturing Process facility, which (in combination with the purity testing and content verification) provides a good degree of confidence that the capsules actually contain what they claim.The capsules come in a discrete black tub with a screw top lid, well labeled in clear English, with the supplement fact panel large enough and clearly printed enough to read easily. With the one-a-day dosing, the 60 capsule quantity means this is a 2 month supply. The capsules are filled with herbal extract powders, no fillers on the list. Mine arrived in fall, 2024 and the expiration date shows August, 2027. It arrived with appropriate safety seals, and the distributor company's website and email address are available on the label. At current price (a quarter per capsule), I'd call these a good deal.

I am trying out clear capsules for vitamins. I am trying out two types of capsules with similar blends to see how they are.I tried each of these for a week.This vitamin tasted fine. Usual clear capsules. Like the other one I tried, I had to make sure I had a glass of water or milk with me as they were a bit difficult to swallow without help.I have a sensitive stomach but no issues with these.I didn't find the blend to have some miracle properties. I used these instead of my usual magnesium vitamin and seems to be OK. If you are taking magnesium based calm vitamin, this is worth a shot.
