I was having an issue with the collar of low-top sneakers rubbing up against my ankle bones as I walked because my ankles sit lower down on my feet than most people's (I have super small feet!). Positives: High quality materials, well constructed with very effective gel based adhesive. Negative: Too narrow for adult male size 11.5 /D shoes. I'm keeping them because when carefully centered, I can certainly use them and they are very comfortable.

Pretty simple to figure out how to increase the size with the extra inserts. Wore them to a several day event where I was on my feet for over 14 hours each day. The height increase is very nice but the more height you add the more comfort you lose. I got cramps in the middle of my feet. The end of the insert does not reach all the way to the end of your toes, meaning you will be able to feel it drag along your toes as you walk. That was not comfortable. These are more about increasing height than comfort. If that is what you are looking for, go for it.

After hip surgery, one leg is slightly shorter than the other, so I use one side of the set to provide a little lift. The inserts are comfortable and it makes it easier to walk naturally. I only use the black insert for the inside of the shoe and have not found a use for the clear pieces. I have found it necessary to use some glue in addition to the sticky bottom of the inserts to hold them in place. E6000 works well. Now, all that I need is to find someone that could use the extra right side inserts that I don't need!

I use one set of set of these to correct a 0.62” leg length discrepancy after a hip replacement. Well-made and stay in place. I bought 2 more pairs for other shoes and fishing waders. For me, correcting the length discrepancy eliminates my lower back pain that otherwise starts if I stand for more than 10 mins and makes walking much more natural. I wish that I could buy only right-side inserts, because now I have 3 left-sides just sitting here. Perhaps I’ll see if my PT or orthopedic surgeon’s office want them. These are the best ones I’ve tried - I’m not a fan of other brands with a rigid arch support - those don’t work well for me, but these are great.

These are incredibly comfortable and fit into my motorcycle boots very nicely. As they do not run all the way to the toes they did not affect the fit of my boots, in fact they feel more comfortable while raising my heels by almost 1 inch.
