I got this Kopotma Pumpkin Carving Tools for Kids so my granddaughter & I could cut pumpkins together the next time she was here. She’s 9 so I figure she’s old enough to use them. What I love about this kit is that there’s so many shapes to choose from. There’s 30 different rounded, large & stainless steel cutters. So, you won’t cut yourself using them & they won’t rust. It comes with 5 different mini flickering candles in red, green, blue, purple & orange. They can also be used as baking molds/cookie cutters. And it came in super quick. Now, the only problems I have with it are, for one, it doesn’t come with the rubber mallet. That’s something I’m gonna have to go and buy now if I want to use this. You’d think that’s something that would have been included with a 30 piece kit. The other is that there’s no age requirement for this product. Yeah, the cutters are rounded but the pumpkin scooper & the double-sided saw are extremely sharp. This is not a “for all ages” kind of product as far as I’m concerned. I love everything about it but mainly for the safety concerns, I can’t give it 5 stars. 4/5 but still recommend!!

This was an easy and fun way to carve a pumpkin. Above photo’s are of my first effort. It looks great. There are lots of choices to create your own unique pumpkin. I used the included carving knife to cut the lid from the top. I like the serrated scooping spoon. It made it easy to scrape the inside clean. My pumpkin’s skin was pretty thick and tough, so I used a tent stake mallet (not included) to gently hammer the cookie cutter like pieces into the pumpkin. I then pushed the pumpkin pieces inside. It is difficult to pull a shape cutter out if you hammer it too far inside the rind. Be sure to leave some space to get a grip. . Everything worked great. My pumpkin was perfect when I added one of battery operated candles and turned on the eerie purple light. I can’t wait to carve pumpkins with my grandkids on our next visit.Shhhhhh. Don’t tell anyone, but I may give it a thorough washing and use the shape cutters to make halloween cookies and/or cut hanging ornaments out of air dry clay.

But this kit for the carving tools, but the lights.This kit is great. The cookie cutter style patterns are a game changer. My kids can get frustrated when they're unable to cut shapes cleanly. They don't have that issue with forms. They come out prefect every time. The included traditional tools also work well. The scooper in particular feels stronger than others I've used. The included lights are super cheap. The switches don't work on a couple of them without a lot of fiddling. I don't see them lasting more than 1 season, but still giving this kit 5 stars.

There are so many choices! These are really easy to use. I put a wash cloth over the cutter and used the side of a hammer to cut the pumpkin. The tools that come with are pretty sharp. And the flameless candles add a nice little glow. This was a really fun family activity with my kids and I. Highly recommend. Easy to wash up.

This is a nice Halloween pumpkin carving set. It has a lot of cut out molds. My 10 yr old daughter and I used it. We used a rubber mallet to push the molds into the thick rind of the pumpkin. Once it was flush, we continued to push the mold through to the inside of the pumpkin to get the mold out. That was the most challenging part of the kit. The more intricate molds like the witch, started to bend a little when we hit it with the mallet, so be careful. Otherwise I rated this as four stars!

We love to carve pumpkins but even with tools are never quite good enough to make them turn out how you imagine. This set was so fun to use and best of all, it was super easy and I didn’t worry about my kid getting hurt using those cheap saws from the grocery store.Best of all, the quality is good and these will be able to be kept and used for years to come.

Much safer to use these in my opinion. Last year my nephew accidentally cut himself and we did not want a repeat. These are strong and easy to use. Does not come with the mallet (Hammer) so if you have one it would help.

This is really neat pumpkin carving kit. Usually, they just come with cutting knives and paper templates. Having all the cookie cutters in the various Halloween shapes which you can easily use to cut into your pumpkin to give you a perfect shape is awesome. It gives you ‘professional’ looking results.It's so simple to carve a pumpkin now. The kids pick out the eyes, nose, and mouthpieces they want, and you can use a hammer and board or mallet to hammer them in. It gives you really clean lines and shapes as opposed to cutting out from a paper template or drawings.It comes with enough pieces which give a lot of combinations. You can also use some of the pieces in tandem with the old-fashioned way of drawing and cutting. The cookie cutter pieces are very durable and should last so long as you are taking care when hammering them into the pumpkin.My kids have really enjoyed the new pumpkin designs we can do with this kit.

Ich habe nicht erwartet, dass das soviel Spaß damit macht :) Aber das Set ist wirklich super und die Kürbisse lassen sich damit toll gestalten. Für (kleine) Kinder ist das zu schwer, aber meine Tochter hat genaue Anleitung gegeben welche Form ich nutzen soll. Wie schon von jemand anders geschrieben, man sollte die Förmchen mit einem Gummihammer in den Kürbis hauen, dann geht's wirklich super easy. Absolute Empfehlung 👍🏻

I was very excited to receive this package with Halloween around the corner. We will be using the various shapes and will be hammering them into our pumpkins with a rubber mallet. This will make “carving” much easier. I also plan on using the metal shapes for baking cookies. This kit has a lot of to offer and is a complete set which will make the holiday easier. It also comes in a sturdy box that can be used to store all the items seasonally. We love it!Definitely recommended!

What a great kit this is. Nothing like the ordinary ones that are available.This kit has unique shapes such as witches, spiders, skulls and bats giving you lots of different options for making the pumpkin face.The cutters are sharp enough to go through the pumpkin using a mallet. Much better control than using carving tools.I love that there are different colored candle tea lights; great for the final touch.
