ARENA Performance Men's Marbled Swim Jammer MaxLife Athletic Practice Knee-Length Swimsuit Short Training Bathing Suit

I am a first-time purchaser of men's racing jammers. I bought two pairs of the ARENA brand and one pair of the Dolphin brand (all size 42). The ARENA brand fits better, so I am returning the Dolphin brand.

I bought this suit for my teenaged son, who is a competitive swimmer. He prefers to wear jammers to swim and has historically worn arena suits, so we didn't have to use the size chart. His waist is about a 31 and he wears size 30. It means that they're sleek enough if he has to use them in competition. The size and fit is exactly what I expect from this brand.The suit is a single layer of coverage, except for a triangle piece in the front which has double coverage. We ordered a suit in the black color with tiles on the sides; it's a basic suit with a little bit of flash. Based on previous experience with arena (my kid swims 6-8 2-hour practices per week), I expect this suit to last about 4 months.

My son likes it, do wish it last longer for daily swimmers.

All my kids are in swim clubs so we end up going through lot of swimsuits. The kids have settled on Arena as their brand of choice instead of TYR or Speedo, etc. This Arena jammer is their typical great quality - the material, stitching, build quality are all great. Sizing is right on the mark with other Arena swimsuits that we've tried. Top of all that, this new marble design from Arena is really pretty - it's definitely a stand out from other standard designs. Overall, great swimsuit for laps and races. We highly recommend this!

These swim trunks fit like a glove and feels incredibly comfortable during my swim sessions. The marbled black and red design looks sharp, and the material has been impressively resistant to chlorine and stretching. I also like that it’s knee-length, providing a sleek look that’s perfect for serious training. I can’t find any flaws here—it’s become a reliable part of my swimwear rotation!

I ordered the ARENA Performance Men's Marbled Swim Jammer MaxLife Athletic Practice Knee-Length Swimsuit Short Training Bathing Suit. Color: Navy/Navy Multi.I currently (i.e., winter) have a 38" waist and a 43.5" inch hip. I ordered size 40. These fit fine but I possibly could have gotten a better, tighter, fit if I ordered their size 38. I'm not a big time lsp swimmer who is trying to best my lap time each swim and, so, aerodynamics are not that important to me or I'd get a 38. Next time, I'll try the 38.These are a single layer except in the front crotch area. I'm sure thst provides a lighter jammer for those swimmers looking at speed and performance. I'd rather have a thicker fabric, but not double layer, for my casual swimming.There is a mold amount af stretch snd some a size larger than me could fit in the 40 comfortably and not feel thaey are being squeezed anywhere. Maybe even someone with 45.5" hips could fit in these if they are okay with skin tight (I am).I'll comment later on how these hold up to bleached pool and hot tub water (e.g., Color, seams, etc.).Overall, 5 stars from me.

These jammers are made with Arena’s MaxLife fabric, the same material used in their team line-up. As these are 100% polyester, there is very little stretch, so getting the right size is key. There is a small triangular liner in the front, so these are quite light and thin. Over a month of frequent use (multiple times a week), the jammers still look like new, and hold their shape perfectly - as to be expected with mid-range Arena gear. Will gladly recommend these to anyone who has frequent swim practices, as these will last a while.

My husband has worn Arena before and so sizing was not an issue; they fit perfectly. He was surprised at the thinness of these, as his other trunks of the same brand were thicker. This may be by design, we just did not expect it. Overall, he's happy and will use these as backup trunks.
