Excellent replacement piece for a lost wedge plate.
This works perfectly with several different tripods including the Manfrotto 516HD head.

A great option to add another quick release plate (and device), to my Manfrotto 501 tripod head
I used this quick release plate, to dedicate it to my Seestar S50 smart scope and 3/8" leveler... for a taller and sturdier tripod and head.

Its Almost Perfect, but...
The media could not be loaded. In terms of value, the plate's quality is impressive given its $13 price point compared to the original priced at $50. It includes nearly all the identical components found in the original Manfrotto 501 Plate, with the added benefit of a more pronounced rubber texture that provides a secure grip. The primary drawback, however, revolves around a particular concern: the presence of a low-quality plastic cover over a hole. This plastic cover has a tendency to easily come off, potentially leading to an issue for individuals who do not require the larger screw. Unscrewing it could inadvertently cause the standard screw to slip into the hole and fall right off.

Needed to shim the rail with gaffer’s tape to have the locking lever not interfere with the camera.
Great quality, but slightly narrower than genuine Monfrotto plate. The lever needed to over rotate 90 degrees to lock plate.
