I was happy it was downloaded from the internet because I don't have the space to be able to store it. I used it in school for a museum management course, masters level. Excellent reference.

I bought it to support my graduate degree in Museum Administration. This is a well organized book with lots of relevant information and case studies.

It's very helpful for my class of administration of Museum in Caribbean University in Puerto Rico. You must read it!
