READ BEFORE BUYING
Tulster magazine holsterBought a single stack and double stack. They work but 2 major problems, price and belt clip. Start with the price, these just flat out aren’t worth $40. If you have a less popular pistol, you might be able to justify the purchase to yourself if you have limited options because it is adjustable, but if you have a glock, walther, or s&w there are way to many options out there of equal quality for much less.The 2nd issue is the clip. There is a lip that’s supposed to lock under the bottom of the belt if worn iwb. The problem is, there is no thumb press to create a slight pivot point or pressure to assist with removal. The result is, you will often struggle removing the holster. The problem isn’t limited to iwb, owb comes with similar problems, if you are wearing anything thinner or more pliable than denim, you can experience a similar issue with the lip actually creating a fold inside the pants, binding up and making removal difficult. I’m a fit individual and don’t have fat people problems. I even had to take my pants off one time just to get this holster off (wearing iwb). Because of these issues, this holster is really only practical for a duty belt, however, at $40 a piece , spending $120 to carry 3 extra mags is a bit absurd.Tulster sent me an email for each of my purchases asking for feedback. I listed my concerns and told them I’d likely be returning them. I was contemplating keeping the single stack because there are alot less options available for my magazine but the doublestack, as I said, there are equal quality options for half the price. The response I got from Tulster sealed the deal. There wasn’t a response to any of my concerns, not a sorry you didn’t like the product, not so much as a “thank you for the time you took for responding to our request “... all I got was “follow us on Facebook”. I mistakenly assumed that their request for feedback was a request for feedback. Both items are now being returned

Thoroughly Impressed. A++
I gotta say, I'm thoroughly impressed. I suffered a pretty severe shoulder injury a few years ago and as a result I can't bring my left arm up from my hip towards my armpit like you would to draw a weapon or clip. So what I did was mount the holder upside down so that I can draw it downwards from the holster instead of up. It allows enough tension that after about a 4 hour mountain bike trip, in the mountains, the clip only moved about 1/4". So I just gave it another 1/8 turn and it is perfect. It even survived a slight roll down a hill. (misjudged my speed around a corner) So for those of you doubting it's ability to hold, fear not my friends. This thing has you covered. Going to be purchasing a couple more so my children can each have one as well. EXCELLENT product with a lot of versatility.

Belt Clip needs improved
Similar to my review for the pistol holster. It works great as far as holding a magazine and the tension system is pretty nice. However, the belt clip is not assuring and I don't feel confident it would stay attached to my belt. I didn't have the exact same issues as I did drawing my pistol. Only thing I could say why it would be different is the amount of force required to remove from holster is greater for the pistol. Once again, for the price I would expect better security to my belt.

Does not fit Sig P365 mags( updated to 5 stars)
Amazon shows this bought together with the Tulster holster for the Sig P365. This mag holder does not work with the magazines for the Sig P365. Will be returning this one.Update:Upon contacting Tulster about this mag carrier I found out how to make several fitment adjustments and have been successful in making the mag fit the carrier.

Most versatile mag carrier
I love how I can run my 9mm mag out of my P226 or my FN 509 or my M&P all out of the same carrier. The slot for the mag is slightly oversized to accommodate dual stack magazine but with the retention device that’s adjustable with an Allen wrench, I can run whatever magazine I need out of one carrier instead of having to buy multiples To accommodate each manufacturer. Also easy to flip the belt loop to the other side so you can carry IWB or OWB and still have the rounds facing the desired way!

Interesting Setup
I bought these as a gift for my son, he asked for them by name. It is a very interesting setup. Easy and quick to adjust tension and for rightys or leftys. It looks a little thicker than it needs to be for concealment, but admittedly, I only tried them on OWB. The tension device is the real draw to this item, it seems well built and thought out. Tension is easily fine tuned from "just snug" all they way to "holy crap"... much more control than other kydex mag holders. I would be interested in seeing if they make a double mag holder, it may be worth a look see too.

Very impressive, well thought out mag holster.
Construction, materials and overall design is excellent. Retention adjustment range is also excellent. From loose and floppy to so tight the mag is difficult to draw. This can be mounted IWB or OWB. When worn AIWB the rounds are facing to the right. I’m wearing this mag carrier to the left of my Tier1 Concealment Xiphos which is carried AIWB at the 1 o’clock position. Overall I give it 5 stars upon inspection and initial use. Did about 10 sets of 1 shot, reload, one shot drills before we ran out of daylight. After adjusting it, I have the retention pretty much dialed in. Added a short piece of para cord in the event I decide to clip this to my belt.

Good, but has design flaw...
It’s a well-made product. I like it. However, the design of the holder causes any magazine bigger than a Glock 19 magazine to sit high and tilt forward, causing major printing while carrying concealed. I find myself having to push it back against me, and yes, I do have a flat stomach. If the magazine could sit deeper and the belt clip was higher, this would correct the issue. I haven’t had this issue with other holders that have the mag sitting deeper.I’ve deciced to not use this holder with pistol mags bigger than Glock 19 mags anymore.
