The unit is kinda a PITA to setup. Once they are, they're okay. They can go into a FUNK MODE that they wont recover from. Which sends you back to the woods to drop the batteries and reboot the system. Making them the same as a unit you must check regularly. Great concept, but lacking performance!!! Would I reccomend? Not so sure

Cuddeback CuddeLink Trail Cameras work fine; I have three of them setup on my property.My partner and I have seven CuddleBack cameras set up and we have a monster ten point buck on the property that we hunt! Now how do we get him?

I'll ignore the AA battery life issue covered by others. I have bought a total of eight (8) of these cameras. Three are still operational after two seasons. Range is as advertised and is not an issue. They are fast on the trigger. Photo quality is good. Only complaint is they stop working. If you can pay these prices for a two year camera they work well.

Have many, these cameras are the best. Battery life is good. Setup on yearly plan, only way to roll if your serious and need multiple cameras linked.

I have 26 of these units, I used to think they worked great, but lately, after upgrading to "GEN 2" software I'm missing lots of pictures. To verify, 3 of us hunted on 3 different food plots, watched der walk in front of the camera at ranges no greater than 15 yards, for hours, and no pics were taken, or just random pics. Some cameras had no pictures for a couple days, then a few pics jump in. This is all on food plots known to have deer walking around. tomorrow I'm going to mount a $49 Amazon camera, with the same settings on the same pole and compare a 2 day capture.

I have bought these cameras over the years and of the 8 I bought 4 did not last two years Customer service is awful. I called and was directed to buy a replacement battery pack. Cudde directed me on what they said I needed for a fix and told me to buy replacement battery pack. They then sent the wrong item to fix the cameras that did not work and when I called to say that they said I had to pay to send them backThe “ service lady “ do you want to send them back or not I really do not care.I ask how long cameras should last and she said it varies but many only last a year or two.Over priced and absolutely the worst customer service. I have called them multiple times and they are just plain rude. I ask to speak to a manager and was told they may or may not call me back in a few weeks.

Very poor investment we go days without any pictures then we get a number of them. Now we're getting someone else's pictures. Trying to get help is unless.
