Looking good
So far so good. Putting together was easy. Looks good. Have only switched it on to run for a few minutes. Seems ok. Won’t use it for a while due to need to lay down vibration / noise mats. Not a seller requirement (more wife’s).

Terrible product. Stay away from company
The media could not be loaded. Ordered the treadmill twice. First time the package came completely broken, the deliverymen were careless while handling it. I had to order it again, waited 2 weeks for it to arrive. As soon as it was powered on, it started making a ridiculously loud noise which got worse the louder it got. The sound was TERRIBLE and when I tell you it sounded like a hurricane as soon as you got to even 10 km/h. The video is how it sounds at just 8 km/h. Contacted support several times and they were completely useless, incapable of answering in more than one sentence. I decided to stick with it and just tolerate the sound since I didn't want to return it again, which meant I had to just stick to walking if I wanted to not go deaf. However a few days later the treadmill stopped working. I was in the middle of walking when it just powered off. I tried to turn it on again but as soon as it started it powered off again. That was the final straw. I returned it and ordered another one from Branx which was in perfect condition and I'm still using to this day.TLDR - treadmill had 2 huge faults and company had terrible customer service. Stay away
