These are about 1.5 inches wide - not clear from the photo.But you need an adapter with it to use with your reciprocating saw. Would give it 5-stars if it came with the necessary adapter.Buy the kit from the same company name instead. Great addition to tool kit if you have a reciprocating saw and adapter.

Tools attach firmly via a hex shank.The line includes 2 metal files (Half-Round & Rat Tail), 2 wood tools (Flat Rasp & Rat=Tail), 3 Brushes (2 Stainless Steel & 1 Nylon), a Cleaning Brush and a Cleaning Pad.Unfortunately, Reciprotool was aquired in 09/11 by Jore Corporation.The full line of these tools is difficult to find at the moment.

This is a great idea. The plastic housing needs to be improved.to last longer under tough scrubbing conditions.
