300 Billion AFU Akkermansia Prebiotic and Probiotic Muciniphila Digestive Health,Gut Health,and ImmuneHealth Multi-Strain GLP-1 Probiotics for Women & Men (120 Capsules)

After my surgery with all the pain meds and antibiotics lets just say my digestive health was way off. I normally take probiotics but when I saw this with the prebiotics I decided to try it out instead. After a week of taking them my digestive health appears to have, for the most part, returned to normal I'm happy to say. Overall this worked for me and for the price I think it is definitely worth trying out if you need some help with your digestive health.

Amazon was out of stock of the brand I typically buy so I thought I'd give these Life Nutrition probiotics a try. This is one of the stronger formulas of probiotics, so if you've had issues with others, there is no reason to believe that these won't also give you problems. However, I haven't and these from Life Nutrition worked for me.The pills are relatively small and you simply take one a day. It is recommended to take them with a meal but this is not a requirement; I tried it with and without and didn't see a difference in the effectiveness nor with any side effects (I had none in both cases).Long term results? It's too early to tell, honestly. If problems do arise in the future, I'll update my review but for now, these were, for me, as effective as any other probiotic and I'd certainly recommend them.

Previous reviews I have given of probiotics said things like 'too early to tell' a month into use. But I recently tried a probiotic that did in fact work. By work, I mean the probiotic in question (a L. Reuteri complex) led to a decrease in bloating and water retention so much so that within a week of starting use, I was 5 lbs lighter from lack of the extra water weight. What that taught me is, if probiotics are working, they should not be indefinitely invisible in effect. These, unfortunately, are. They have not changed the way my stomach feels, my water retention, bloating etc. at all.

Been taking this for a short amount of time and so far I am happy with it. It comes as capsules and the capsules were of a normal size. The capsules were easy to swallow as well because of the smaller size. The instructions were easy to read and clearly stated. So far I am happy with these probiotics and I’m especially happy with the quality, ease of use and clear directions.

Have decided to pass on this brand

My first experience with Akkermansia - I am 8 days into using this product at 2 capsules per day and so far no negative effects whatsoever.It is advised to read the directions for use prior to starting this product.Easy to swallow capsules - no taste, no burp. I look forward to continuing taking this product.
