Amazing item
I recently purchased the Yes4All Soft-Density Half/Round PE Foam Roller, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance and versatility.First and foremost, the foam roller's soft-density design provides just the right amount of firmness and cushioning at the same time. This makes it perfect for a range of uses, including back and leg exercises, yoga, and various physical activities. The soft density ensures that my muscles get the necessary relief and massage without causing excessive discomfort. The choice of sizes, ranging from 12 to 36 inches, is another fantastic aspect of this foam roller. Depending on the specific needs of your workout or recovery routine, you have the flexibility to select the most appropriate size. Whether you prefer a smaller roller for focused muscle targeting or a larger one for broader coverage, Yes4All offers a size option that fits your requirements. The half/round design of this foam roller further adds to its versatility. It allows for a wider range of exercises and stretches, targeting different muscle groups with ease. I found it particularly beneficial for targeting my back muscles and improving my overall flexibility. The flat bottom of the roller ensures stability during use, preventing any unnecessary movements or slips.Additionally, the PE foam material used in the construction of this roller is durable and long-lasting. Even with frequent use, it has shown no signs of wear or deformation. The material also repels moisture, making it easy to clean and maintain. In terms of price, the Yes4All Soft-Density Half/Round PE Foam Roller offers excellent value for the quality it provides. It is competitively priced compared to other foam rollers on the market, without compromising on performance or durability.Overall, I highly recommend the Yes4All Soft-Density Half/Round PE Foam Roller to anyone in need of a reliable and versatile foam roller for exercise, yoga, or physical activities. Its soft-density construction, choice of sizes, and durable material make it a top-notch option that will cater to your muscle relief and fitness needs.

fabulously as described
large big guy did not crunch under my might. Gets the job done and holds up like new so far. After a good few uses i can say this roller is sturdy and hasn't crumpled or torn as i worried initially comparing the material and price to others.

Good roller
This is a good roller. It did squish down in the middle from use fairly quickly. Used it for about 1 month and the center has squished down. For immediate use, it an inexpensive option. It's more firm than the higher priced name brand, but worked well for my recovery.

Great for Knee Therpy
I use this with both my knee replacement with my exercises at home. Good and strudy. Not to big and easy to store. Good price.

Helps for back/spine pain
My physical therapist recommend I get one of these for my back/spine pain and this product helps! It’s firm but not too firm. I love the purple color too.

Good for beginning use due to softness
This was good as a beginner roll. The Amazon Basics I have since bought will surely last longer. I think if I had started with that one, though, I would have been dissatisfied with the stiffness. This one had a good feel, but it became worn out/collapsed in about a year. I weighed 127 pounds when using it, so it's not me. And I didn't sit on it. It collapsed in the center so I started using it on each end but you can see it collapsed there, too. I don't like that this will be in a landfill so soon after being made.

Holy cow that was good!
I laid this on the floor with the intent of having it work sort of. Omg I was wrong. It feels hard and really kind of uncomfortable on the hand. But immediately my back began to pop, tingle, and basically give the that heavenly euphoric feeling of sweet sweet release. Who need a chiropractor when I have a cylinder to role on... So role on my friends you will definitely love this and the amazing stretch it gives you.

The foam roller's usefulness depends on the commitment of the user
I'm a first time user, age 70, and far more fit than average. I have fibromyalgia with very tender skin and arthritis in my knees, hips and hands. I've used it only a few times.Honestly, this soft, 36 inch roller is hard for me to use and causes significant pain. I bought it to ease pain and it has already made my hips feel better. I also wanted to get a different kind of workout than walking, weightlifting and yoga. It's those "different workout" movements that are making the learning curve pretty flat.I've tried online foam roller "workout" or "massage" videos in which the instructor says "If you can do only one or two of these movements, that's fine." So maybe I can do 1 to 4 of the movement. I find these workouts awkward, control of the roller difficult and the body locations of the roller painful, but that's the point of using it: to work "different" muscles and to use those muscles to manipulate the roller over painful areas.General instructions say to use it on carpet. I've tried it on vinyl floor, on which it slips away easily, and carpet, which is not much better than hard floor. The last time I used it was on my soft, stretchy, 1/2 inch yoga mat, which gave the roller something to grip and reduced the sliding; that's what I'll try again today.Thirty-six inches long is pretty darn long and, though I've seen only a few, I haven't seen any video in which the instructor uses one this long. I have a small space for exercise and I've already cut it into two different size pieces.Learning to use and benefit from the roller will take pain tolerance and patience; so far, it's worth it.
