Perfect drum for walking around. I’m bringing it to the Winter Soltice’s Drumming Up the Sun. It’s light weight and has a great case for it.

I’m sorry to say that his portable Cajon doesn’t have a good tone. It’s hard to play and the two tones which it claims to have lack resonance and the drum lacks playability. Would not recommend . I’m a percussionist

Well made, and actually has a pretty good tone, but I'm used to much lighter frame drums with a smooth round perimeter, so I just thought it was too heavy and uncomfortable in comparison. The strap is too short, even fully extended on a 140 lb. man.

The shape makes it easy to keep stable while playing. We love the different sounds we can make with it, and the snares are particularly nice. Lightweight, but quality wood - and the case makes it super portable.

I like this portable cajon drum. It's a nice size for taking along to casual gigs without the bulk of a full-sized cajon. The top and bottom are made of two different woods and there are snares on one end of the drum so you can get a variety of sounds depending on how you hold it or strap it on. The belt is very handy for keeping the cajon in place as you play.
