I've been looking at adding some Ashwagandha to my wellness routine so I decided to try these Ashwagandha Root Capsules. I loved that it is made in the USA . These capsules have no after taste so they passed the first test. I have taken them for a few days and they do seem to have made me rest better at night. Time will tell how much this helps but so far this appears to be a good supplement and I plan to continue to use it.

It’s a little pricey, but I do like that it’s organic and 1300mg serving. What I don’t like is that you have to take 3 pills daily. I will probably only take two and stretch it out a bit further.

One downside is that there’s no mention of third-party lab testing on the label or packaging. While it does have a manufacture date and lot number for tracking, I would feel more confident in the quality if lab testing results or a Certificate of Analysis were available. I think it does help me personally but everyone is different, I'll need more time to see if what I think are the benefits lasts.

Packaging is good, but only 30 day supply due to 3 capsule serving size. So hopefully I can tell a difference within the month or these will be off of my reorder list. Crossing fingers and will report back!

Ashwagandha is used for calming, a sleep aid and other benefits for health. Also known to relieve stress. I like how these are pure Ashwagandha without any other buffers. It's very nice to have on hand and even good to ingest daily. This will give you a month supply in capsule form. I wish these were gummies.

I've tried a lot of adaptogens, usually making my own capsules from bulk powder. The contents of these are not like the Ashwagandha I'm accustomed to sifting. I hope the seller lets me know if I am incorrect, in which case I'll update this review, but the ingredients seem to list rice flour (it's hard to read), and judging by looks, feel, and taste, this powder seems to have more rice flour than Ashwagandha. I would think the only reason for filler is for dosing extra-potent herbs. Well, one dose of these is three capsules, which amounts to packaging inflation if they're adding rice flour. A casual shopper might overlook the fact that you're spending a lot of money for just a one-month supply (90 capsules).Someone (I'm guessing the seller, but maybe it was Amazon) stuck a barcode label on mine across part of the directions and part of the ingredients. It is not removeable, and it's bad practice to cover up important labeling.After a couple of weeks of regular usage I can't detect much of an effect. But maybe I'm just insensitive to adaptogens. Which is why I stopped buying the bulk powder, but I thought I'd give this one another try.

The quality seems to be there - I don't know if I'm imagining the results but I've taken these before and the feeling is familiar so I suspect not. Time will tell.Personally, I like Ashwagandha for the cognitive and calming effects.
