Ordered this Ergonomic Office Chair for Big and Tall - 6'5" Tall Max, 400Lbs Capacity to replace the old chair that I got from my office that is really hurting. Got it today, unpacked it and just got done putting it together. There was some minor damage in shipping but overall not bad. Though I don't think it was packed well in the box and some parts rubbed against each other. It was not overly difficult to put together but the single page instructions showed and included parts that were not present on the chair and were hard to decipher. I mean not that hard to put these together but some L R and Front labels help, and it should not be that hard to print directions that reflet the actual parts in the box.Quality wise this is a decent chair and I like the ergonomics. The reason for the low rating is that the wheels feel like cheap plastic and have play in them, they jiggle in the housing. The base is a cheap metal with a chrome finish that will be easily damaged. All the trim is a cheap chrome plastic and not metal. The headrest is also loose and jiggles a lot, all the connections again are plastic and have a cheap feel. The base of the chair is robust and solid metal bracket and the ergonomics of the chair are nice. The webbing is pretty stiff but feels good to me sitting in it and I like the give and tension. I am 5'10 and this chair is roomy. The arms are plastic and also have some give when I get in and out, I feel like if you were 400 lbs you could snap one of the arms right off. I would say it's a 4 star product, but at $300 I expect better quality, comparing it to the office chairs I have bought locally at the box or warehouse stores. I like it well enough that I actually want to use it.

This chair is really great for tall people or heavy people as well and has a 400 pound capacity. The chair is very well made with an ergonomic design to help alleviate back issues. I got this chair for myself as I am taller than the average male and the chair works perfect for me as a desk chair.
