A Sturdy Practice Tool
This mat has been a fantastic addition to my practice routine! The realistic grass texture, combined with the foam layer, gives it a natural feel and makes it an excellent tool for both indoor and outdoor use. At first, I noticed it slipped a bit on smooth surfaces like laminate flooring, but after placing a non-slip mat underneath, it's now rock-solid! No issues at all on carpets or the concrete in my garage, and it works perfectly in the garden too.The lightweight design is a real bonus for portability, and the carry clip is a thoughtful touch that makes it easy to transport. The underside is made from recycled materials, which is great from an eco-friendly standpoint, and I’m not bothered about how it looks as it just sits on the ground. As for size, the 40x30cm dimensions work well for short game practice, but I reckon a larger mat—something like 60x30cm or even 90x60cm—would add versatility, especially when practising with longer clubs. And a bonus: my cat loves this mat too, so I find myself having to share it! All in all, I’m very happy with this purchase.

Good but thought it was pricey
I’ve been using this mat for a few weeks now just in the garden and minus some of the edge stitching coming away it's doing alright overall. The grass feels quite realistic and holds it shape very well. It’s lightweight and easy to move around, which I didn’t expect. The tee was a bit of a pain to fit into the hole for the mat but got it there in the end. Would be handy to have various tee heights as the standard one is just one size.Overall, I’m really pleased with the mat and would definitely recommend it!

Really good practice mat!
I’ve been using this mat for a while now, mostly in my garden, and it’s holding up really well. The grass feels quite close to the real, and it stays in place, especially on rough surfaces like concrete and soil. However, on very smooth surfaces, it can slip a bit. It’s lightweight and easy to move around, which I didn’t expect. The tee was a bit tricky to attach at first, but after watching the video, it clicked into place with a little effort just a nice extra.I might replace the tee later, but it works fine for now.One thing to note is that, unlike a rubber mat I used before that separated at the top, I don’t think this one will have the same issue since it’s stitched at the edges.Overall, I’m really pleased with the mat and would definitely recommend it!

Lacks a bit of quality
This small golf chipping mat from Grass Group Innovations is a little bit hit and miss (pun intended). The edge of the mat gives the appearance of being well stitched. However, use this indoors and you soon end up with lots of bits everywhere. The reverse side of the mat is very rough and ready (see photo). It's got a foam like backing with holes in. Having tried several different designs of this kind of chipping mat I do prefer the rubber-backed mats as they give the item a bit of weight to keep it in place and also give it a non-slip finish, both of which are a little bit lacking from this lightweight, foam-backed mat.A removable tee is attached (using black tape) to the side of the mat. Take care with this as the edges of it are very sharp - dangerously so (see picture). It looks to have been roughly cut from a row of tees with no smoothing of the sharp plastic edges. Furthermore, the top of the tee is not flat like it should be(?) (most tees come with a flat-top cut, whereas this one is a more diagonal cut).To top it off with the tee it is not very strong plastic and is a bit too flexible. I'm having trouble fully inserting the tee because of this. It will loosen up over time but the hole for the tee does not seem to have been made large enough. The fake grass itself is OK - like fake astroturf grass. The length is cut well for a 'fairway' cut, which is the model I opted for.Overall there are too many downsides of this mat compared to the many others that are available.3 stars from me at the moment and that is quite generous. There are lots of alternatives available and so I can't recommend choosing this one having tried much better ones in this price bracket.

Compact
This is a small square golfing mat for practice either in the house or out the garden. It is a choice of three different types of grass so the fairway green or rough. This comes with a tee that fits in so you can use it for tee off and practising your drive or chipping the mat itself is quite small and easy to transfer so can use this in multiple locations which is nice to be able to take it out and about with meGood quality I would say this is good value for anyone that wants to practice their swing. I’m happy with the product.

Good functional piece of golf equipment

poor value
Basically this is a piece of rubber backed AstroTurf with holes cut for a rubber tee. The holes aren't really big enough to get the tee through all the way either. There are much better options around at this price.

Compact and Realistic Practice Mat for All-Season Training
I recently got the GGINNOVATIONS Golf Practice Mat, and it’s been a great tool for working on my swing during the off-season. The 40x30 cm size is compact and lightweight, making it easy to move around whether I’m practising indoors or outdoors. It doesn’t take up much space, which is perfect if you don’t have a lot of room for a larger setup. The turf is surprisingly realistic, mimicking the feel of hitting off a fairway, and it holds up well to repeated use. Whether I'm using irons or a driver, the mat provides a solid base, and the bonus driver tee is a nice extra touch. It’s especially handy for winter practice when I can’t get out to the course as much. While the size is convenient, it’s on the smaller side, so you’ll need to make sure your stance is well-positioned. It’s ideal for those who just want to focus on the swing itself, but for those practising larger movements, you might prefer a bigger mat.Overall, it’s a great value for golfers who need a portable and realistic practice surface for all-season training. It’s durable, easy to set up, and works well for honing your skills indoors or out. A solid addition to any golfer’s practice routine!
