Nice shoes, good cushioning
Lots of cushioning, like HOKA but without the goofy styling. Also the laces stay tied. I have been running in Saucony shoes for over 40 years.

LOVE the Triumphs!
I have run a minimum of a mile/day, everyday for almost 4yrs now. In that time I have gone through a few pair of shoes and my "go to" has been Triumphs for probably 10yrs now. I have seen versions come and go... good and bad changes, but always come back to a new pair of Triumphs. I recently switched up my shoes and went with a brand that had a narrower toe box and more rigid rubber sole. After 300mi or so, I started to notice pain in my hips, an awkward gait/landing, and pain in my foot from what felt like too narrow a box. When I switched back to the Triumph22, it was a breath of fresh air. Impact was far more cushioned while still feeling lively. I will say, in the last two or three models, Saucony went with the split in the rear of the sole. This model seems much better, but I have had some real issues with durability and longevity here. The rubber that comes to a point in the rear would get worn and start to peel. I also think standing calf stretches may be too much for this design. Seems like running shoes should be able to handle some stretching. Overall, HIGHLY RECCOMEND! These are absolutely my favorite shoes... Just hope Saucony addresses the minor durability issue.

Great day to day shoe!
Purchased a few months ago and they are my daily shoe they seemed very large at first and a few days of wear they formed to my foot perfectly. Amazing support to my heel which has had problems in other shoes before. The toe box is a little bigger for wiggle room and comfort. No signs of wear and tear for a few months of use now. Absolutely recommend this shoe and will purchase more from saucony in the future.

Style and Comfort with a Minor Fit Quirk
I really like the look of the Saucony Menโs Triumph โ sleek, stylish, and versatile enough to wear beyond just workouts. Comfort-wise, they feel great underfoot with solid cushioning and support. One thing to note: the arch support is a bit stiff and hits a little high on the inside edge of my foot, right where the arch meets the heel. It was slightly uncomfortable at first, but sliding my foot just a bit forward helped a lot. I have a high instep, so thereโs also a noticeable gap between the laces (about 3 fingers wide), but thatโs not a dealbreaker. With some break-in or minor adjustments, theyโll likely be perfect. Overall, a solid and comfortable shoe with great design โ just be aware of the fit if you have a high instep or are sensitive to firmer arch support.

Quality Shoes at a Decent Price (2025)
Saucony always seems to fit right in my window of quality and affordability. These have been great so far. Very comfortable to run in, though I have to pull them pretty tight towards the front of my foot to avoid too much friction in the toe box. Got the white option because it was slightly less expensive. Color looks fine and will undoubtedly get all stained, but thatโs to be expected and Iโm good with it.

Very comfortable shoe with great fit and cushioning for daily training.
I have been running most of my adult life (including 15 marathons) but have had foot issues over the past couple of years which basically forced me to stop and heal. For reference, I'm male, about 5'10" and around 170 lbs. I am getting back into some light weekly milage and needed a shoe that had above average cushioning but was also a bit firm so that my big toe doesn't bend too much on toe-off. I did some research and the Saucony Triumph 22 seemed to be a good fit, so I gave it a shot. I have run in several different models of Saucony, Asics, and Altra shoes before and am pretty used to those brands, so I ordered my usual size, 11 regular width. Boy was I pleasantly surprised when I first tried them on and even more impressed with the first couple of runs (about 5 miles each). The first thing I noticed was a great fit with a comfortable toe box. I had run in Altra shoes for the larger toe box, so this was something I was worried about because, while I don't necessarily have wide feet, my toes do feel more comfortable if my foot has room to splay out on landing and toe-off. Check that box! The cushioning is very nice, but you don't feel like you have lost touch with the ground. I don't know how long that will last, but for the first couple of runs it feels great. Check that box! When I first put the shoe on, it was apparent that the sole is fairly rigid, and it does seem that way during runs, but not to the point where it's noticeable during toe-off. There is no noticeable change to my usual gait, but the shoe really does seem to limit bending forces on my big toe. Check that box! In my serious running days, I don't think I would use this shoe for speed days or races, but for everyday training I think it's great and will continue using this shoe as long as they don't screw things up with future model versions (as so often happens).

Excellent cushioning and support
This is my third pair of Saucony Triumph 22s, which probably says a lot on its own. I do a lot of walking every day, and I also deal with Achilles tendonitis, so finding a shoe that is cushioned enough without feeling heavy has been a big deal for me. The cushioning in these is really consistent โ soft, but still supportive enough so you donโt feel like youโre sinking into the shoe. Price was a little better than on other sites. The heel area in particular has just the right amount of give, which helps reduce the strain on my Achilles while still keeping everything stable and providing good support. Iโve noticed that I can walk longer and recover faster when Iโm wearing these compared to other brands Iโve tried. The fit has been reliable across all three pairs, and the shoe feels broken-in very quickly without having to go through a painful adjustment period. Theyโre also lighter than they look, and the overall build feels solid. For anyone who walks a lot, stands all day, or deals with heel or tendon issues, these have been a great solution. Theyโve definitely allowed me to keep up my routine comfortably.

My favorite walking shoes!
These are my favorite walking shoes by 1,000,000,000 miles! I have purchased tons of different type types of thick sold Saucony running and walking shoes and these are by far my favorite and I think they might be the best looking of any of the thick soul walking shoes Iโve ever purchased as well, which is a nice bonus! My fit sit really high on the arch of the shoe and role on the arch when I walk and the heal and toe are ultra comfy. I love Saucony!

Belle, comode e performanti
Dopo aver subito una operazione al tallone utilizzo solo Saucony. SI adattano perfettamente al mio piede e mantengono la performance costante anche durante le sessioni di allenamento piรน intense.

Say good bye to low back pain.
Not only are they soooo comfortable, my back pain is gone when I am required to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
