Good Fit, Several Straps
Hurricane winds totally destroyed my boat cover. I’m glad to find this one as a replacement. The cover fits my 17 foot Flare just fine. My boat has a Bimini top folded up at the back. To figure out which end is front or back, the manufacturer emblem should be towards the port and stern. The material seems to be thick enough so I hope it lasts in the Florida sun and wind. There are plenty of straps to secure the cover to the boat. Some of the straps are not long enough to go complete under and around the boat. I wrapped those straps around the trailer body and hooked them back up with the female clasps. The black color will absorb a lot of heat but it should protect the boat interior.

Nice quality, worth the price
If you are looking for a decent quality boat cover, at an affordable price - this one is a win. The fabric is heavier than expected, but the straps could have used a little more girth. If you are looking for a trailerable cover to pull your boat down the highway with the cover on - this will not be the one to get. You need a heavier one. But if you need a cover to have on the boat while it sits in the yard, this will be fine.I have to replace my boat cover frequently. Living in a northern state, I deal with lots of wind and snow. Sun is always an issue too.Overall I can see this boat cover lasting a full season with snow and rain without any issues - hopefully two seasons. This is right in par with most the boat covers around $150 that I have purchased in the past.

Great value and quality.
High quality cover. I really can't say enough about it. The boat pictured is an 18ft jetboat, with two tent poles. The material is tough, and reinforced where it needs to be. The strapping is full cover instead of just at the edges, providing superior wind durability. The straps themselves are a tough nylon with easy fastening buckles. They also provide plenty of strapping points, but not so many that it's a headache to find a place for them, or a chore to use them. There is even a ventilation pocket sewn in, which surprised me at this price. The elastic banding is just right, not to hard to pull, and not so weak it doesn't hold. This cover is well thought out, and has a handsome branding sewn into the side for a real premium look/feel. A bag is included for storing the cover when not in use. Only time will tell how long it will last, but initial quality is outstanding.

Straps are not very long
I used this on my 2000 year model SeaArk ZX180 aluminum boat. Its not a deep V hull but its not a shallow hull like a Tracker style bass boat either. I say this because the straps that are sewn into the cover will not reach from one side of my boat to the other to latch. Each side has about a 4ft strap and each strap has the male buckle on the loose end. The female buckles are sewn into the strap where the strap is sewn to the cover. So even if you wanted to try and make each strap buckle together under the boat you cant because the female buckles cannot be moved as they are sewn to the boat cover at the base of the strap. Its really a shame as the cover fits my 18.5ft boat length and width very good and the material seems to be a great cover for light storage during the time of the year when you just need a simple cover to keep leaves out between weekends.I think these straps might work well for a Tracker style aluminum boat or any shallow bottom boat. I am going to look for some of the plastic buckles possibly or have some longer straps sewn on the middle three where they cannot reach to the other side of the boat.

nice boat cover
This cover is very well constructed with double layers at the bow and stern, and two covered vents to help release condensation and avoid ballooning in windy conditions. The straps are sewn in and meant to wrap around the trailer frame and clip back at the same location, but if you don't want to use the trailer, you can loop the strap with the one on the opposite side and wrap just the boat. The material is light in weight and easy to handle. The elastic hem helps immensely with keeping the cover in place on one end as you work around the boat to get the rest of it on.

Pro and con list, would buy again!
We used this on our 08 smokercraft, 17ft.Pros: *It fit well, lots of very long clips and room to tighten them up and PLENTY of room from front and back to manipulate it as needed, including over a windshield. Our prior tarp, we had to take it off because it created a pressure point. *Easy to store when not in use, it wraps up small for it's size. *Ships quickCons: *Labeling on it stating front and back would be nice, just makes it easier instead of having to try to flip it around. *The material is thinner than expected. Not sure how long it will hold up to the elements. It's similar to a tent material, just a titch thicker but still very thin. I assume it will fade but all do in time. *We live in north flordia, hurricane winds are a thing here. We plan to tarp this with a 2ed tarp in those just for security. But, we would do that with any tarp. *Overall, I would recommend and buy again!

Perfect Fit on My 18' SeaRay
This cover is made of a sort of heavy "windbreaker" material with a rubbery inside waterproofing. It seems like it would be a fairly long lasting cover but only time will tell. The straps on this are done right, in my opinion; they are connected to the cover and have buckles on the ends to buckle / unbuckle from your trailer (this is key if you want to remove the cover and don't want to go back collecting up all your straps from your trailer before you drive somewhere). The color I got was black and it looks pretty sporty. If you are in areas with intense heat you might want a lighter color.
