bought these for my postpartum bleeding. Used them right from when I got home from the hospital. I found these to be very absorbent and didn’t experience a single leak! If you have severely heavy bleeding it might not do the trick for you but was more than sufficient for me. Typically I HATE wearing pads - they always feel bulky and wet and uncomfortable and I feel like you can see them under my pants. These, however, do not feel that way at all! Even when the pad is full it doesn’t feel moist against your skin. It’s also thin enough that I would confidently wear leggings and not worry about it causing bunches underneath my pants. Will definitely buy again the next time I have a baby!

This pad is extremely soft and comfortable. It gives a feeling of full protection, especially during the night. I had no discomfort or irritation at all. Highly recommended for heavy flow nights — absolutely loved it!

These were great after my hysterectomy last year. Very handy to have on hand! Great absorbency!

After I tried them, they became my favorite pair of underwear. I always wear them. They feel super comfortable and absorb a lot. They absorb in such a way that they never feel wet, I always feel clean and fresh.

I purchased size 5 and these are absolutely the most comfortable, flexible and next to nothing feeling pads I’ve ever worn! I was disappointed to find out I can’t wear the size 5 flex foam pads on my heaviest day/days. I thought being a size 5 they would do fine for overnight on my second day, which is my heaviest day. It turns out they will work for medium to medium-slightly heavy flow but not the really heavy flow I have on my second day. I wear them for overnight on my first day, third day, forth day, etc. you could easily wear these during the day as well considering how comfortable they are. They stick great to underwear and are very breathable. It absorbs very quickly and the pad itself is very soft feeling. The wings are a good size and shape. The length is a very nice long shape with a long back for overnight sleeping. On my first, third, forth, fifth, etc days I always sleep comfortably knowing I won’t leak overnight with these on days with medium flow. For my second day I have to switch to always maxi overnight (the biggest one) which is much thicker and longer and less comfortable but it’s for a really heavy flow overnight. If you get up during the night to change your pad with a heavy flow maybe the flex foam size 5 would be ok, but I tend to sleep 8 hours straight. I would rather not risk leaking either. With a medium flow for 8 hours straight these work great. I was really hoping I could stop buying the always overnight maxi pads that feel like thick uncomfortable diapers, but unfortunately these didn’t cut it for really heavy overnight flow. :( I’ll still continue to buy these though I love them!

Bought this couple months ago and it lasted a while even now I still have some. I gave some away because I had a lot and it’s very useful whether it’s a light or heavy day or if you just want to feel comfortable.
