Good ol' reliable 58
Chances are you already know what you're buying; the industry standard for a solid workhorse microphone. The most commonly found live microphone around, and for good reason. No one ever needs to write another review of this. Great for karaoke too, btw! Everyone loves a 58.

Mid priced industry standard
Old, standard design, workhorse mic. The extra money for the local on/off switch was worth it for our application (church).

SM58’s are by far the best mics you can buy for the money. I’m a mobile dj who sometimes run sound for a local band and the singers love them!
