Great USB-C hub with dual monitor output and power delivery capability
Using it for dual video output for two 2K monitors, notebook USB-C laptop charger, mouse and keyboard dongle and an additional USB-A to USB-C cable to charge my wireless headphone and cellphone. Everything connected to my laptop via a single USB-C to the laptop's USBC-C charging port. Really happy with the product quality (construction quality wise) and so far, appears to function properly: Displays how no lag, the laptop charges correctly with the laptop charger connected to the hub (and then the hub connected to the laptop), and the peripherals don't show any lag (wireless keyboard and mouse connected to the hub via dongle)

Didn't achieve what I want
My goal is to drive 2 4K monitor at 60Hz with a single USB-C connection. In theory this dock can do that. In practical, yes it can do that with some of my devices. For example, my laptop uses AMD 8840u SoC, and it drives that with no problem. However, my main goal is to use my work laptop, which is a Thinkpad X1 v9. However, that does not work - my laptop can't do that with this dock. Sure, most docks seem to have problem with that. I know the laptop is capable with that, because I have one dock which can do that - just not in a very stable way. But I have another dock which can do 2x4K@50Hz, which is tolerable; but for some reason, with the same monitors, this doc does not have the option of using 50Hz - only 60Hz or 30Hz. As a result, I can't use this dock to even achieve 2x4K@50Hz. Bandwidth wise, my laptop has DP 1.4, so it should have sufficient bandwidth to do 2x4K@60Hz, so it's not clear why this does not work. If I configure the doc to do 2x4K@60Hz, I just get a configuration error, and can't get the monitors to both light up. If I do them individually, I can at most get 2x2K@60Hz, which is not sufficient. All in all, maybe not the dock's fault, but it is worse than a previous dock I have, so giving it only 4 stars.

Worked for 4 months then died, UGREEN honored the warrenty
I bought this in October 2025 for my wife’s laptop to run 2 monitors and other peripherals. It worked until February 2026 when it just died, not charging laptop, monitors, mouse and keyboard all not working. I did the diagnostic procedure, restarted laptop, shut down laptop and restarted, switched off power strip then switched it back on, and then tried the dock on my M1 MacBook Air with no success. I plugged the USB C power cable directly into laptop and it instantly started charging. Supposedly this hub has a 2 year warranty, but the UGREEN site doesn’t have a clear way to submit a warranty claim. I sent an email to one listed on their site so will see if they respond and honor the warranty. Update Feb 2026: I contacted UGREEN customer support via email and the same night got an email requesting the invoice, i sent a copy; the next night i got another reply asking if a refund would be satisfactory, I replied a refund would work; the next night I received an email saying a refund would be issued, the next night I received an email from Amazon saying a full refund had been issued. UGREEN did stand behind their warranty, but the warranty claim process does not have a clear how to proceed, you just send an email and hope someone responds.

A tank of a USB hub that does everything you need it to do.
I hooked up an external hard drive, my webcam, and use it to charge my phone. Initially, I was concerned about whether or not it would provide enough juice to give each item what they needed, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything was getting the same amount of wattage it was before. There are plenty of USB ports to keep me happy. My computer came with some in front and some in back, but it wasn't enough for all the different accessories I have. I looked at adding a PCIE card, but this hub did the trick for exactly what I needed it to do.I was also concerned about how much data would be able to flow through the hub, but again, I was surprised because the hub connected straight to one of my USB-C slots, which provided a high transfer rate. Well, high enough for me. It's really small, which I like. I can pack it in my backpack or laptop bag. The cord is short enough to be practical, but not so short that you can barely move the whole thing. It looks great, in that it's a neutral design that doesn't stand out in any negative ways. I have it velcroed to the side of my desk, and it's been rammed by the side of my computer a few times, so I know it can take a beating. Its strength is something I really like about this little hub. I don't have to be worried about tossing it in a bag and having it get bumped around or smashed. Overall, just what I needed, and for a great price.

Great value hub!
I have a Dell Pro 14 Plus from work with 100W charger. The hub works flawlessly, allowing me to both power my laptop and connect to two additional displays through a single USB-C connection. However I also have a personal Dell XPS that has 130W charger. I get a warning that the hub is underpowered when using the XPS, but it still charges the battery just fine, albeit a little slower. Overall the product works as advertised and so far has kept up with everyday use for over a month. It shows no signs of overheating - great value so far!

Perfect for PC, Green Tint on Mac
I use this mostly with a windows PC (ThinkPad T14) which works flawlessly. However, I also tried using it with my MacBook pro (M1), and the monitor has a strong green tint that I can't get rid of. Monitor is MSI PRO MP275Q and works well (color is normal) when connected directly to the MacBook pro without the dock (same HDMI cable, etc.). If you only plan to use this with a PC, then it's great for the price. But perhaps use caution if you plan to use it with a Mac.
