This suit is exactly as described. I followed the advice of sizing up and I’m glad I did. My son will be 8 next month, and he’s about 60-70lbs and about 40” tall, so I got the 9-10 years size. It’s a little loose on him, but you can hardly tell and gives him room to wear it next summer as well! Haven’t gone swimming yet, but I will update if there’s an issue after use. He loves it!

Easy on and off. Fumbled with the zipper a bit but that might have been user error with a squirming 2.5 year old. Product is exactly as described and sizing was perfect. Fit a little bit loose but that was expected. Colours are cool and the quality is great. My son liked it so that was also important. I washed it before using. Overall I would recommend this 'shorty' body swimsuit highly.

I purchased this swimwear for my 4yr old swim lessons. It is well made and soft and I feel it will last us a long time, I followed the other reviewers advice about sizing up and I did so by 2 because my son is a little tall for his age I bought the 6-7 size/age and it is a perfect fit. It bleeds upon first wash so I would recommend washing in cold water and by itself the first time, I've washed it at least 8 more times afterwards and there is no more color bleeding. It still looks brand new I have no issues and I will purchase another, just remember to go up a size or 2.

Okay. Ignore all other ridiculous nit picky and silly reviews. Some people don’t have a life. This suit is really nice. I love it! Good quality material. Only issue is you must go the next size up or maybe even 2 sizes if your kid is chubby or taller. This is a must. Only get the exact size if your kid is unusually small. My kid is average size, very very average size and he is 7 years old. I bought size 9-10. Hope this helps.

The shoulder to crotch length is too short and tight, need to add at least an inch more for the stated size based on age range.

When i saw the sizes i was disappointed because we have been looking for a swim suit like this that is similar to her favorite one we got at target for my daughter with sensory issues who doesn’t like swim trunks or girls one pieces. However, i thought to look at the size chart and found out that the size 9-10 would fit my 14 year old 150cm tall daughter. These sizes are quite off because it fits her very nicely i would definetly not fit an average sized 9,10, or 11 year old. It was a little tight lengthwise when it was dry but fit perfect when i got wet. Not as good quality as the $20 target one because it is thin and the seams are a bit uncomfortable to her but overall a nice product.
