Don't hesitate, just get it
I could barely use my left wrist at all due to a cyst on one of my tendons, but this strap has helped me so much its like night and day. It provides great compression to relieve the pain and the support means I can use my hand again, to the point I thought I'd mostly recovered until I actually took it off and tried to grab something and the pain was back. It is helping the recovery so much though, better each day so I think I'll not need it soon. Not one for writing reviews but this had to be done, helps so much without being restricting like the metal bar ones are, never wanted to wear them for more than a couple hours, but this I wear day and night (looser at night for circulation reasons).

Perfect, thick and flexible support for carpal tunnel.
I ordered this to use as a support after having carpal tunnel surgery and it fits and works brilliantly. It's very comfy and quite thick. Sturdy and supportive whilst also being flexible. It's definitely great value for money!

This product is definitely one of those things, that should be considered to be worn before attempting any activity that may involve heavy lifting or prolonged activity, (like for example gardening work that requires repetitive wrist movements such as pruning, or cutting). The support they offer, may help avoid injury.
