I can only tell you what the tag says, which is, "Front 100% Cotton - Back 100% Cotton - Filling 100% Cotton". I have no reason to doubt it. It feels and looks like cotton, but I have no allergies to other fabrics, so can only take their word for it! Hope this helps.
