Well made.
North Face makes a great tent! I have a 2 person 4 season backpacking tent by North Face that I've had for 36 years! And have used it extensively In all kinds of good and bad weather in all 4 seasons and the thing is still in excellent condition, not a thing wrong with it except for a rip in the floor from a bicycle pannier. Been repaired. It's never failed me In the harshest wind and the heaviest rain I've ever experienced. So I bought the Wawona 6 expecting the same quality. I'm not disappointed! It's made very well, same quality as my old one. I just got back from a 5 night trip in Olympic National Park. Camped in the rain forest for 2 nights and why is it called a rain forest? Because it rains and rains and rains. The Wawona 6 didn't fail me. Not a drop came inside the tent. Just like the old one. The seams and zipper covers and waterproof fabric did their job well.Camped on the ocean for 3 nights and I really enjoyed the huge vestibule to put all my gear in and the "front porch" that comes with the foot print, to take my shoes off without having to stand on the bare ground bare foot. The foot print is great quality too by the way. Be sure to get one. But that's a different story. There are plenty of pockets inside to store small things, headlamp, keys, wallet, change, pistol for when you are far out in the remote rainforest while you sleep. Etc. There are loops on the ceiling for putting up Paracord or whatever else you have in many configurations to hang stuff. I use them with Paracord to dry my clothes. There's plenty of headroom. I'm 5' 10" and can stand straight up with room to spare. However, I can't stand straight up in the vestibule. The rain fly opens up in 4 places for plenty of ventilation and the entire top of the tent itself is bug proof mesh. The back of the tent, the part not covered by the fly also zips open to expose the mesh for ventilation. I can't say how well it will do in high wind, it is a pretty high profile tent, but it does have plenty of cord attached in strategic places to tie it down in high wind. Only on the fly though. I could go on and on, but some of you probably won't even read this review this far. Buy it now. The price has gone up 100 to 150 bucks since I bought mine in summer of 2021. What I paid is a steal for this tent.

Bulletproof
Stood up to heavy rain and 25mph++ wind easily. Love the vestibule, great for putting bikes under for the night. Plenty of pockets for gear and lights. Buy this one.

Great tent and easy to set up.
This is a great tent bought and put up each night for 5 straight days camping. I did not need directions but did have a few issues the first time I set it up. One pole did bend on me possibly from packing and having things stacked on it, not quite sure. The enclosed vestibule worked great for keeping things dry from rain but the moisture in the air and condensation really stayed trapped each morning with just three people in the tent. With a little experimenting and using the correct set up worked better. You do need to set up the ties for the cover and the vents . I will say just like any tent the number is rated for to crowded. Three things I did not like, the stakes are weak typical bent wire just slightly thicker. Any rope required to tie down the tent would be beneficial to have reflective threads. add a little cover at the second door so it can be used when the weather is bad even if not enclosed. I will still give this tent a five star rating regardless of issues because of ease and features.

Great tent. Perfect for the family and the kids haven't destroyed it after 5+ trips.

Comfortable Tent With a Few Things To Be Aware Of
We were on the search for a quality car camping tent for the family and I believe we found it with the Wawona. Overall, I have been very happy with this tent and have very few complaints. We have a family of 4 and a dog and have plenty of room to comfortably sleep and store items.Things I Love:-Vestibule. Tons of room under the vestibule and it provides great sun protection. You can easily setup a couple camp chairs and small table under it with plenty of room to still enter/exit tent-Storage Pockets. Lots of great storage options inside the tent. The opposite door has multiple pockets as well as all of the corners-Setup. This tent is very easy to setup which is impressive given the size. I have set up many different tents over the years and North Face really did a great job on this one.-Takedown. The takedown process is also very easily. The tent storage bag is oversized and designed differently than I have seen before. It is very easy to put the folded up tent back into the bag. I would just pay careful attention to the first time you remove it to see how they folded it up, and repeat that if possible.Issues:-The main entrance into the tent is entirely made of mesh with no cover. Depending on where you are using this tent and the climate, that may not be an issue at all. It is great for summer camping but if you are trying to use this as a 3 season tent, if may get a little drafty and cold at times.-Setting up the vestibule can be a little tricky to get just right. I would suggest loosely staking it out and get it upright first. After that is done, go back and tighten everything up. If it is too tight though, the vestibule doors will not close.-The tent does not come with a footprint. I know this is common these days but at this price point, it really should come standard. With that said, the bottom is thick and should hold up ok if you decide to not purchase it separately.-Is marketed as a 6 man tent but that would be a little tight. Im not saying you couldnt get 6 people in this tent but we have a family of 4 (two little kids) and we are wall to wall. We could maybe fit an additional person at our feet but there is no way you could get 6 adults in this tent.Overall I am very happy with this tent though and would buy it again. Love the vestibule, simplicity of setup and storage options. Thanks for reading.

very well designed
I've gone camping several times a year since I was a kid. This is the best tent I've slept in/owned. Lots of nice features (plenty of interior pockets for eyeglasses, wallets, etc. The vestibule is terrific! Poles keep the tent very taut. They're also quite lightweight.10/10 would buy again.

Excelente compra

Great product. Totally incorrect weight listed under product sir ifucstion
Big fan of North Face and the product let expect ration in terms of quality.absolutely disappointed with the wrong info on the weight. The weight listed on Amazon and the actual weight are hugely different. Weight list is 6 lbs and the actual weight is 19 lbs. Very disappointed as the weight was an important factor in the decision
